Rooms are a little dated and small bathroom!

My kids enjoyed the pool

The smell, the stained blood on the sheets, carpet dirty, and a bolt fell out the ceiling and hit my son in the head

The pool was large and a nice temperature; there was a fitness room; staff was friendly; room and hallways were clean; nice breakfast room; big channel selection

Small thing but breakfast stayed the same every day so we got pretty tired of it by the end of our stay; there was an ice machine but no water fountain

The morning breakfast cook verbally & physically assaulted me because I left a cup on the table. I called the police & did a report. Hotel employee has assault charges as well.

Room was filthy. Door at end of the hall leading to outside was broken and remained open day and night. Not safe as we were on lower floor, and it was very cold.

The location was great. we could walk to Walliamsburg in a few minutes.The field across the street had beautiful horses to watch.

The hallway had a musty smell on the first floor that was below the lobby of the hotel. also it took awhile to check in because of only one person at the desk .the desk clerk had to check for each person if the room was ready. .

Good price and excellent location: a quick walk from the hotel and you're in Colonial Williamsburg near The Capitol. Free breakfast is adequate for the price (free).

Room cleanliness was severely lacking. Bathroom: tub stained and looked dirty; nest of hair on floor behind the toilet, and a roach or water bug seen. Bedroom: hairs on blanket and pillow. Ice bucket had a ketchup stain and mold. I just felt gross.

Location

There were bloody/dirty finger prints in the bathroom. The shower curtain was missing. There was no toilet paper. The room overall was very worn and musty smelling. The fire alarm went off three times during our stay--quite inconvenient.

The staff was very nice! Christmas decorations were nice. The Mexican restaurant adjoining was excellent!

No hot tub as advertised! Huge pool with NO heater so we couldn¿t swim, either! Breakfast food was awful.

The staff member who checked us in was unbelievably rude. He said I only had 2 rooms when I booked 3. He gave my parents a regular room NOT handicapped. When I asked he told me it was a handicapped room. Another employee helped me

there could have been an elevator closer to the front entrance. I have bad hips and the stairs are not my best friend.

Hotel was dirty, had cockroaches, breakfast was also terrible, also seemed like a sketchy area

The hotel was fantastic. We booked it last minute on a spur of the moment get away. We will definitely be staying here again. We loved the pool and how close it was to all the historic places. The biggest perk was the Mexican restaurant in the hotel!

Very close to Colonial Williamsburg. Staff was very friendly.

Needs to be updated, was very hodgepodge building. A lot of extra doors with pad locks on them. Pool looked very murky. Also my room had an odor that I could not figure out. When I arrived home I had to wash my clothes to get odor off them.

Centrally located

Toilet run all night, advised hotel staff upon check-in. Shower also did not drain and was not useable. Absolute waste of time and money.
