Clean property nice staff comfortable beds

Clean and good location.

Two night stay - no housekeeping. Room was cold. Nosey fridge.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent with several options.

We had to return and get key cards because the front desk gave us wrong type of card key. Hotel was in process of changing locks/readers

Friendly staff, clean large room, great price, good size pool.

Only wish the hotel still had a Hot tub in the pool area and the weight machine in the gym.

Upon checking in an additional charge appeared on my card that the front desk was unable to explain or remove. The bathroom desperately needs to be deep cleaned and updated

I was very happy with this hotel. It was clean, the people were pleasant, and it had a welcoming feel. I also enjoyed the free breakfast!

My only minor complaint was that my room was far from the lobby, which was fine, but whenever I tried to use the outdoor entrances closer to room, my key card wouldn't let me in.

Location was very good, breakfast options were vast and the staff was terrific.

I expected room to be larger - "Suites" - indicated to me that there would be a living room as well as the bedroom area, and possibly a kitchenette. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, but the room was small.

AC did not cook properly and tv stuck on hotel promo reel that could not be switched to watch tv.

The hotel stay was amazing the most comfortable bed I have ever slept, even checked online to see if I can buy one for my house but not even gonna wake up if I do that!!

Jacuzzi Jets do not work in the Jacuzzi

The staff were very helpful but they are understaffed. Took a long wait st front desk.

There was not enough parking. Our room was outdated in a different building. It was close to colonial Williamsburg, but definitely not walking distance. For the price I paid, I expected more or for it to be closer.

Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. They made it a really nice experience. This hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast area was clean and the food was great. They have the nicest woman preparing the breakfast.

The whirlpool was out of order on this trip. Hope they get that fixes soon for future patrons.

Comfortable bed.

Not enough parking spaces for guests. You have to park at the pizza place next door or the IHOP. Both businesses are on the main road and don't offer a lot of protection from vandalism or break-ins. I won't stay here again.

Location is good and close to everything.

Some of the hotel guests were inconsiderate in the morning around 730-830 am allow the kids to run the hallways and be noisy. Other than that, it was good

Comfortable bed. Had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Breakfast was very good and roomy. It was large enough that I could work with my students that I was mentoring there.

Breakfast room was quite cold- air conditioning too high!

The beds were extremely comfortable and the temperature in the room was just right. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had and it was included!
