BEDBUGS IN 2 ROOMS-TOLD ME I WAS GETTING A FULL REFUND-1.5 WEEKS AND I HAVEN’T GOT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Nice staff

This stay the h2O was boiling and pressure was bad. Left 1 day & came back-new room has bad bugs-moved me-new room had stained towels and sheets.

Nothing heat . They had space heaters. The temp was in the 20’s. If I had know that I would have stayed somewhere else

This hotel is an inexpensive option with decent location ($10 uber ride) to William & Mary and Colonial Williamsburg. There is a very good restaurant near (2nd St. Bistro) and a pancake house next door. The staff was very nice.

The rooms are very dated, with chipped paint, faded rugs, mirrors that have that haze to them, broken ironing board, old ACs, musty smell. A few characters hanging around the premises. Indications that some guests live there.

It was convenient in the middle of everything. Very nostalgic and in my opinion. Quaint

Rooms need to be updated somewhat but honestly it was very nice. Especially for what we paid

Proximity to Colonial Williamsburg!

The towels are a bit scratchy and tiny and they are a bit hyper vigilant about giving you towels for the pool. It’s as if they are concerned you will steal them but it was still fine.

Staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is very dated but it is clean and for the price point there really isn?t anything I would complain about.

The rooms were clean and neat. You could tell it was an older hotel, but it had been cared for. We would definitely stay there again

Electrical plug ins were not all working. We had to use extension cords for our c pap machines.

One room was great with a decent bathroom and beds.

Second room had draining issues with sink and tub along with the beds were uncomfortable.

Bathtub looked dirty and missing caulking, commode kept running, sink almost stopped up, A/C was unhooked.

Filthy carpet, dirty doors, didn't want to touch the door handles due to the grime. Very poor state of repairs; simple ongoing maintenance is missing. Bed was saggy. The clerk at night could at least wear a clean T shirt and maybe brush his teeth.

Spacious rooms, 24 hour coffee in the hotel. Easy check in and out, convenient location.

Breakfast is meager, lots of trash and so much styrofoam! Rooms are in need of a redo. It feels old fashioned, but not uncomfortable.

They did an charge on my card for $--- and then said they did not do it so I disputed it with my bank as fraud

Pool was closed the one day I was there. Not a big deal but 3-4 times it¿s reopening kept getting delayed. Inside and rooms were old, but overall I really liked it. Would recommend and stay here again

Location was close to WaterCountry and easy to find from the park.

Slightly outdated but good enough for one night. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was for the convenience of the continental breakfast but it was an absolute joke. Should not have been advertised as continental breakfast at all.

Friendly staff! Can walk to favorite restaurants. Nice landscaping and easy parking.

Rooms are somewhat dated but overall a pleasant experience.
