Nice water pressure and shower head. Bed was comfortable. Bed linens and towels were good.

Noisy. Loud air conditioning. Staff smoking outside of exits. Dirty tile floors.

The fact that it is pet friendly.

Yes my husband left an expensive pillow on his bed and we called the next day to see if we could get it back. They made no effort to locate it.

location is great! right at the heart of Williamsburg restaurant and shopping area. great breakfast and lovely staff

When the a/c kicks in, wow!! this can sure wake you up from a good night sleep. I'm sure there are better systems out there that remove the condensing unit out of a bedroom

Close to fields where my child's soccer tournament was held. The staff was very nice.

There was a stain on the carpet in our room, about 2 round, that looked like blood. That was a little gross.

The front desk staff, was delightful. I am so sorry I dont recall his name, he deserves recognition. The room was perfect for our needs. And the location, smack in the midst of restaurants/shops on Richmond Rd, but set back off the road, so its quiet.

the only negative: when we got to the elevator after a very long day of traveling, one of the cleaning ladies got on the elevator in front of us and wouldnt make room for us to ride as well. There was room had she pushed her cart in further.

The friendliness of staff was most notable. Everyone spoke, asked if everything was OK... and offered to assist in any way possible.

I personally would have liked a little more variety in kitchenware (baking dish, more utensils)... but, we made it work. The breakfast was acceptable and again, the staff was great.

We showed up a little early for our check in as we were tired, and instead of turning us away they gave us a free upgrade on the room to help accommodate us. Amazing. Marriott just earned my business for life. Thank you

Attractive and well appointed, with lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. I hate to have to sit on the bed. I also like a space where I can get up early and let my husband sleep in. Friendly staff. Great value for the price.

Abundant but pretty tasteless breakfast and coffee.

I loved how it was so spacious and clean. I also loved the fact that i could bring my dog. This was a huge convenience for us since we could not leave him at home.

It was quiet and the room was spacious.

We like that it had two rooms and had a full size fridge.

Hotel rooms need a little updating.

The whole hotel smelled like someone was cooking cabbage. Hotel is very dated. Needs major upgrade. I would never stay there again.
