Cleanliness and consistency

The shower had a slight leak at its head probably due to a worn out gasket . I reported it the next day.

Loud noisy hotel. Had a room down the hall from elevator and heard elevator all night. Hotel is dated but clean. Another note the only local channel was Fox News. No cbs nbc etc. no way to sign into streaming.

very clean and spacious rooms. the bathroom was big compared to other places i have stayed.

Staff is nice and pool is cute. They try to keep the rooms clean, but the building smells stale and wet. Had to switch rooms. Second was way better but not smell free. Staff super understanding, though.

My 1st room smelled so moldy, but they did switch me to a less smelly one. The hotel is more a 7/10 than an 8/10 guest rating and Hamptons are usually nicer. Of the 8 hotels on my trip---number 7 in order of favorites.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. Free parking, indoor pool, and free breakfast. The room was nice, the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. 10/10. We will definitely stay here again.

Entrance was not attractive, our room had a mildew smell we could not stay we left & asked for a refund which was denied but we left anyway. Terrible experience

Our stay at this Hampton Inn was extremely pleasant!. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, the friendly staff, great breakfast, and the receptionist went out of her way to help get airline tickets printed out. We highly recommend this hotel!

Location

The room was small and cramped! No sufficient room for seating and clothes storage for 2 people. Overall the room was too small for the price we paid.

Excellent hotel! The food was very good and the staff was friendly. For breakfast, they had eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt, waffles, juice, cereal, and other beverages. They also a gym with several free weights and treadmills. Beds were very comfortable.

Everything was good. Breakfast was the most important criteria for me and they did not disappoint.

Price, Friendly Staff and Breakfast

1st, we did a late check-in and the lady at the counter was the nicest and most thoughtful and well informed person I¿ve dealt with in my many trips to Williamsburg. 2nd, my room, (107) had the best shower I¿ve ever used in any hotel EVER.

The hotel is located in the perfect area to have access to the historical triangle-Jamestown, Yorktown, and Colonial Williamsburg tours, along with the variant of restaurants and other shops. There was a selection of breakfast items each morning.

The hotel was clean staff very friendly. The rooms was clean air was on when got to the room area was super nice I felt very safe.

Very nice staff. Quiet room. Of course, with the pandemic, no breakfast buffet, but they but together a nice bagged breakfast.

My wife and I were very impressed with this hotel. With the abundance of hotels in the area, we were careful in our selection and weren’t disappointed. Professional front desk staff. Our 2 queens room was large, with a great bathroom.
