Loitering around entry doors , guests just sitting , smoking and drinking . Smell of marijuana on the floors . Excessive noise in hallways while trying to sleep etc .

The location was great, the staff friendly and courteous. Room was very clean.

The toilet seat was way too small for a heavy person.

I was unable to get a printed receipt and no breakfast as advertised

We were moved to 3 different rooms. First room, window was broken: 2nd room. AC didn't work, 3rd attempt was adequate.

The man at the front desk did his best to help fix issues, but the hotel was gross. The lighting was too dim to read at night. Ice& no ice bucket. Restaurant and pool not yet open.

It was still under renovation. the photos were grossly misleading. The bathroom counter, floor and tub were dirty. The tub had spackling globs and dirty ladder footrest marks in addition to being generally unclean. Dead bugs on the floor, toothpaste blobs

That lounge closed by ten pm And I was give a dirty room And they didn?t replaced the towels and etc

The cleanliness was terrible. Free breakfast - waffle maker was dirty and not turned on. Location was perfect but won?t stay again. Someone came into our room while we slept. Very terrifying.

The location was ideal to shop at the outlet stores. Also, short drive to Merchants Square for walking down the street to see all the older buildings.

There was not anything that I would say as a negative about the hote.

Bed was comfortable. Good water pressure

Hallway had a smoky odor. Room needs updating. Wallpaper was peeling and was actually stapled. Rust or mold underneath window. Phone didn't work. Staff didn't inform us about checkout time or breakfast. Breakfast was disappointing. Had to reheat

Rooms are like old, first room I got was uncleaned at all. Bad wi-fi, and both of the elevators were damaged.

Nothing good

Room was not clean. Children wrote on the walls and lampshades. Huge dead cockroach. Holes in the wall, and door molding ripped off. The cleaning staff was extremely loud in the hallways at 9 am. Laughing and talking loudly with their children also loud

Nothing, it was so bad we left a night early and lost payment

It was dirty. It smelled. Pictures and towel racks were missing off the walls. There were roaches. No breakfast. No blankets. The photos shown before booking were not the same as what we got. Not the same pool, no game room.no cleaning supplies.

Had to change room 3 times for 1 night stay!First room had mold,spiderwebs and carpet and baseboard not cleaned for months!Second room the refrigerator didn't work,I had insulin that needed refrigerated.third room finally acceptable Won't stay here ever ,

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant was nice with great food.

The Restaurant in the hotel had delicious food.

It is completely out of date. The noise level is astronomical, the bed skirt looked as though someone gotten sick and threw up on it. Dogs were barking all hours of the night the walls were so thin you could hear everything.

Leaving.

First room had a roach in it. The wallpaper was coming off the walls, stains on the bedding. The front desk receptionist wasn¿t at the desk for about half an hour and we had to go find him. The phone in the room didn¿t work. The elevator sounded awful.

In a word it was gross, loud, and many permanent residents

Staff was amazing. Hotel Was clean. Not updated yet but everywhere is short staff so they def had their priorities right with clean rooms. Breakfast was still bagged in am. Which was great for our lacrosse teen boys (3) to grab and go.

They need to update rooms and they need to serve a hot breakfast.

The first night the night clerk or manager was very accommodating , nice and helpful.

Plenty. The first night I had a big roach crawl across my computer bag that was on the other bed. I called and spoke to the night manager. She said she would have the room exterminated the next day. She asked if I wanted to move , I said no because if the
