Embassy Suites By Hilton Hotel Williamsburg

Breakfast was great! Everything was clean and well cared for (though they were making some renovations at the time and there was a bit of a mess from that).

The shower was set up very badly. Hot water took forever (5th floor). Could not turn on the shower without stepping into the shower (which sprayed cold water at me). There was also no place to hang a towel within reach of the shower. A poorly planned room

I liket that it was clean, that it was a family- friendly hotel, and thatthe staff were very friendly

The day we arrived, which was late 12am the person who attended to us was very rude and unfriendly. After being exhausted from driving for 10 hours, we had to deal with this ill-mannered person, i dont think tha shoulld be their job

AC works bad. Ants were in the room everywhere. Blood stains on the bed.

Elevators

A little run down but friendly staff.

Not very clean

It was in close proximity to everything we needed the bar staff and the checkin staff were great! The room is a great size but kinda of damp and musty! Very much in need of updating for the price!

We were excited about the indoor pool and spa but upon arrival to the pool/spa it was chilly and there was no hot-tub as shown in the photos and listed. The morning breakfast staff was rude, snapped at people and talked about them to each other

Dirty room, and hotel common areas. Bed worn down, the room had an awful humidity smell. Only one elevator for the entire hotel. Not worth the price of an Embassy for a motel quality.

The location, the free breakfast, the overall look of the hotel, the quick response time from staff and courtesy

The room was much smaller than i expected it also only had double beds vs what was list d as two queens. The pull out sofa was a queen bed but the ones in the rooms were doubles. The internet/Wi-Fi did not work in our room or on the property. Peeling wall

The staff at the front desk was exceptional! Helpful with a snag we had in our reservation and they were able to take care of it and were easy to work with. The location is off the beaten path and quiet. The rooms were nice.

The staff was friendly and it felt like home! I enjoyed the hotel room - clean! The hospitality staff was amazing! The breakfast and evening cocktail hour was the best! I will return!

Sadly, the elevator went out. Thankfully, we were on the second floor. Outside of that, I give the hotel a 5/5¿¿

Location was convenient for me. Free breakfast is great.

A bit worn around the edges. One elevator out if service. Fan in bathroom did not work.

The breakfast options were truly remarkable.

No matter what or when, the wifi wouldn't connect and the staff didn't care. We picked this hotel because it has two tvs and we brought a TV so my three kids could play their Xboxes on their birthday trip.We were put next to t0he very loud pool too. 103

One word¿Breakfast! It was amazing , my compliments to the chef!!! Serving was a plus too, the whole staff deserves a 10!

The sofa bed spring was all over the place , cushions were not thick enough!

There was mold in the bedroom of 509. I actually took a picture and showed the receptionist. There were also stains on the sofas of both rooms

Hotel was great. Staff at check in, check out and breakfast were fabulous. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast had great options and everything was delicious. Room was clean and large enough for our family. Would stay there again.

Good room size. Liked the sitting room being separate from the bedroom. Great breakfast. Pleasant and friendly staff.

Had to move from the original room because the air conditioning did not work.Also, had to request clean towels 3 times. Then had to go to the front desk and pick them up.

The room was large and comfortable, breakfast was served down in the common area.

The common area was so hot, hotter than outside for some reason. The thermostat wouldn¿t go below 65. And I would have liked to see more fresh fruit for a breakfast.

Near Beach and restaurants

No air in lobby elevator no fan in bathroom. No house keeping unless you ask. Garbage and linen out side of rooms. I know this is due to COVID-19. So rooms should have been reduced. Not acceptable not to have air in elevator what if they stopped
