Blackout shades, big TV, good AC

Half-eaten food on floor from last occupant, pizza+fly in microwave. No shampoo in dispenser-despite housekeeping coming 2x over stay (knocked on door at 10 daily-even when I kept saying I work night shift.) Old bandaids & dirt never cleaned from cans.

Often find leftover food on floor, in microwave, left in coffee maker. Shampoo empty. Garbage cans filthy and never cleaned out/sanitized. Could hear a lot from surrounding rooms-footsteps, intimacy, etc.

The staff was very helpful and did a good job helping me find my way around the property.

Floor was clearly not cleaned as it had a distinct greasy feel. The hotel as a whole was somewhat run down; there was some kind of white flakes on the furniture, including the bed; the bathtub had become permanently fixed into shower and no *cold* water.

nothing, the desk clerk was not rude but could not be considered friendly.

Yes, it needs a major cleanup. the parking lot and directly around the building was unkept, dirty looking.

Good AC, good beds, good hot water, good Wi-Fi, good TV. Everything worked. Room was clean.

Night table alarm clock didn?t work (control button jammed). Shelves missing from refrigerator. Bathroom sink didn?t drain; drain plug control rod disconnected from drain.

No breakfast like advertised- when asked said they weren¿t doing that anymore-even a brochure in room talking about breakfast. The bathroom/sink area was clean-everywhere else not so much. White stuff all over the top of blankets/sheets. No parking.

NEAT RENOVATED ROOM, EASY ACCESS, GREAT WIFI SPEED.

Good location, pleasant easy check in personal. Great value for the paid price.

The owners, the only staff members I met, were competent and pleasant. The room was clean when I first arrived, but the sink was not cleaned after that and cups and towels were not replenished. The location is excellent, very close to the colonial area.

The procedure for having towels replenished (leave them on the floor)was not followed.

Nothing this was the worst experience I have ever had. From the false advertising to the mold and mildew. I would not allow my dog to stay there. I did not stay there and I recommend you to verify these hotels. Still waiting on a refund.

The hotel is under construction and they are a I'll renting rooms with the worst conditions. There was mold, mildew,smoke and hanging wire's exposed nails in the stairs from the carpet removal

Sign on dining area saying no breakfast served. Only coffee. Rooms and bathrooms are old fashioned, need upgraded.

I like this motel, nice owners/staff and very convenient.

However, the floor could be cleaner, and the fridge was not functional. The ice machine was also not working. Generally though a good buy comparitively.
