Comfort Inn Williamsburg Gateway

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, newly renovated, and there were fans and nightlights in the bathooms.

Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff.

The bed was not comfortable. The hair dryer didn’t work and we had to keep resetting the outlet.

Location to everything

There was not enough handy-cap parking spaces. It made it difficult to get in and out of the hotel with my wheelchair.

Breakfast attendant was fantastic. She keeps an excellent kitchen.

Housekeeping didn’t clean the room when requested. Everyother day.

The lobby was nice and bright! Bath towels were big and soft! The water was nice and hot for the shower! The hot breakfast had a nice selection and plenty of food!!!! The staff was friendly!

Lobby was bright and inviting. Room was decently sized.

Breakfast was very mediocre. Limited selection and long wait for eggs and other hot items. Eggs did not taste natural and we're probably powdered. Mattresses were uncomfortable.

Room was clean The towels. I thought were clean however. I found a few that had a lot brown stains all over them just looked like some wiped. Their bottom with them

This hotel is cleaner than others in the area for more. The staff is really great, too.

Stairs to everything. They have an elevator, but there are lots of stairs if youre in and out a lot. I'd like it better if it had a hot tub or an indoor pool, but the rooms I had were clean and I had no problems with my stay.

Rooms were comfortable. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffle maker.

This hotel felt pretty cheap. There were a lot of sketchy people. Basic things weren?t taken care of. There was a coffee maker but not coffee. Breakfast was bad. No body Wash in the bathrooms.

Great location, while an older building it has been upgraded and maintained well. So nice to have breakfast included.

It was all great ? the cost was outstanding, the room was spacious and very clean, location terrific and breakfast was delicious

It looked to be recently remodeled so looked new and clean inside. Also had a good breakfast.

Clean ,liquor and needs were not too soft.

No , the staff put us in a quiet part of the hotel as a group at school children were there. It was quiet and comfortable. Only wish was better pastries in the morning.

Paper thin walls! Could hear every word of every conversation on both sides! That was horrible! No sleep!!!

Neat, clean, ease of use, location, wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic however after 4 days, the rehydrated scrambled eggs, paper thin bacon, and rehydrated sausages got old fast.

Better than I expected for the price. The room, location, and breakfast were well worth it. A lot of hotels around it are the same quality and cost much more.
