The suites were spacious and comfortable with plenty of privacy and my room was on the first floor which made it extremely comfortable for me because I have mobility issues.

The coffee maker did not work. It leaked water all over the counter and they only gave one coffee pod that was decaffeinated they did not have any regular coffee, but that really didn’t matter because the coffee maker didn’t work right anyway.

Non branded hotel with great value. The “room” was very large and had a living room with fireplace, mini kitchen and full bath. The bedroom was also very large with a grand full bath with a large, beautiful shower. This was the nicest value room ever!!

I recommend checking your refrigerator to make sure it's working - before you fill it with food.

Hot tub spa function was broken. Shower has terrible water pressure. Bed did not have a duvet cover. Toilet in the second bathroom wouldn¿t flush but there¿s no staff in after 9pm. 10am check out is too early. No pool towels at pool. Needs updating badl

This hotel surprisingly exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It's in a great location with easy access to everything. I would highly recommend it. I'm looking forward to staying again the next time I'm in Williamsburg.

The only thing that I did not like was that the toilets are low. Everything else was perfect.

Sheets towels and pillowcases they do not use fabric softener and they are very rough and scratchy and I do not like taking out my own trash.

Great Location, near to Williamsburg, Bush Gardens and other attractions. The rooms was great and clean. It was like a small apartment including a kitchen, two baths, sofa bed and king bed in the master bedroom. Lots of amenities.

The room was very clean and neat. We expected hotel quality type room. We got very nice condo type quality. Perfect size. Roomy.

Great for a family with kids this offers great privacy for the adults and two televisions to watch kids stuff or adults can retreat to the bedroom where there is also a private bath. Every kitchen utensil and cookware needed is there. Full coffee maker!

This hotel was AMAZING!! The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was mind blowing. Updated, awesome kitchenette, and two bathrooms! can't wait to stay here again!
