It was a good location, bed was comfortable.

tub was old & filthy. bathroom stunk bad.

The sausage was good but it literally only oatmeal, sausage, boiled eggs, everything else was cool stuff

Review for Suburban Studios I reserved and paid for the accommodations for my guest and I. The hotel gave us a difficult time upon checking in. After an hour on the phone with the third party (per the receptionist and General manager) they could not see the payment but I have confirmation emails and text messages. After speaking of the third party she explained to the general manager that the reservation was paid in full and to change the card number as the hotel has done numerous times to the third party hotel and you can collect your payment. Throughout my stay the hotel repeatedly tried to charge the card on file, the ENTIRE amount after; not partial. Although they stated everything was taken care of. In addition, I was charged a cancellation fee after I arrived, the elevator has an expiration notice posted inside.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable!

The kitchenettes in the room were only compatible with stainless steel which was not advertised anywhere and I found out when calling day of to see if pots/pans were provided.

The lobby was the nicest part of the hotel. It was close to things to do. Walking distance to restaurants.

when we booked our room it said that buffet breakfast was included but we were being charged $13.99. Our sliding door to the balcony wouldn’t open or lock. The cook top was induction cooktop and needed special cookwear that was not supplied.

There was some confusion about where we were to be housed. Also, there are about $400.00 plus extra dollars charged to my bank account that I was told could last for 7-10 days. Also, the room was musky.Not

The only thing I liked was the location.

I did not like that I couldn't find my room in a timely fashion. The two buildings associated with the hotel didn't have distinctive labels. My room wasn't the cleanest! The bathroom sink had a lot of hair residue, and the sink had a very slow drain. My bedding looked unclean. I was so comfortable with the bedding that I slept in my clothes on the sofa.

The bed smelled like moth old sheets from and alcoholic the bathroom was a disaster

I did not stay here. They put me in a two double bed room when I reserved a king. I told the front desk that I couldn't stay there and I needed to check out, and she said ok and still charged my room even after I checked out.
