Safe, clean, conveniently located, very nice staff.

Indoor/Outdoor pools, hot tub. Breakfast was great!

Very nice hotel. I went into the hot tub on Monday, June 14 after my arrival but had a skin allergic reaction to possibly the chlorine or bromine used to keep the water clean. Nothing to do with the hotel but with my skin and having a reaction.

The front desk staff, were extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast meals were fabulous. Other staff members were, was very helpful. This was a great experience, and I will definitely be staying there again.

Had a problem with my key card opening the room door. It eventually worked, but it was frustrating. It sounded like it was a problem with the door mechanism. Staff notified at checkout.

AC unit is too loud..kept us up all night

Location and staff were excellent.

Would really loved to have had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The tv was old, small, and super slow loading channels and remote commands.

Low toilets. No microwave or fridge in our room

Shampoo and conditioner containers provided by the hotel were empty. I also had a person parked in front of hotel playing loud music at 6:30 AM.

Location to Colonial Williamsburg was excellent! Liked everything about this hotel!!

Ice machine on first floor did not work.

Sorry bit the breakfast was not what I?m used to at Homewood. I still haven?t received receipt of my 600 plus dollars debited in error and it?s been seven days.

Staff very polite, pool was wonderful, breakfast was the best. The location was perfect for visiting Jamestown settlement, Yorktown and Colonial Williamsburg. Will recommend to my friends. Thank you

I loved the location (quiet but not too far from Busch gardens). Breakfast was really good! Overall very clean and will definitely be back.

The tv would randomly shut off. The decor was a little dated.

Hotel was great. The king size suite had plenty of room. I loved that we could bring out family dog. I completely forgot to bring poop bags and was happy to see that the hotel provides some on site near the field. I would stay here again!

The windows could use an extra set of day curtains. Changing in the room was difficult as the room can be seen from the parking lot. You had to make a conscience effort to change in the bathroom and not by the drawers or at your bed.

This hotel is in a good location close to the outlet mall and restaurants. The room was nice, quiet, and a/c was very cool. Free breakfast was good. Loved the waffles! Shower with shampoo, conditioner, and gel was very convenient.

The one complaint was the layout for the seating area with the sofa bed and the king size bed being adjacent to each other the television was to the side so if your family is on opposite sides of the room, you could not see the television.

The hotel was clean. It didn¿t seem crowded even though there were a couple of athletic teams staying there as well. You couldn¿t ask for a better location. The staff was always courteous, friendly and helpful. The breakfast times are longer than usual.

Apparently there are some usual favorites that they don¿t serve here during the hot breakfast.

Small outdated TV, loud AC unit. Weak coffee in lobby. Valley in the bed (dip)(need updating). No chest of drawers. Just not a great room...

Location was great, it was near everything that I wanted to do for this trip. Room was clean.

HVAC system was loud. Sofa needed to be replaced, and the legs on the end table and table required tighten because they were loose.
