The customer service was great and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. The room was clean
There was no continental breakfast and room service didn't come and clean our room while we were out.

The amenities, the size of the room, the bar, the restaurant seating area, the staff, the cleanliness. I guess I could go on but it was amazing, the kids loved it!
I didn't like that breakfast was an additional $11/person, I thought it was included in the room price. I didn't assume breakfast and the bar would be included but absolutely thought breakfast.

Everything was exceptional. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was extremely good and was relaxing. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was ok, a little pricey. It was quite noisy. the hotel was nice, and the staff was great.
We couldn't get enough blankets though for the extra bed.
