Two blocks from ocean, near several fast food restaurants and a number of home-grown venues. I could see the ocean (small patches, but enough to view various ships and small craft. Parking is at bottom of stairs. (Also overflow parking one block away.)

The traffic can be loud, esp. 5-6:30. Some loud revelers up to about 11PM (I was there during the week.) The hotel is not new, the fixtures not new. The hotel suited me: a good price, clean, close, no hassle from staff. Not fancy. I will stay agai
