Days Inn by Wyndham Virginia Beach At The Beach

Room smells bad.

The location was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was super delicious and feeling. All of the staff seemed to work well together.

No dislikes. Everything was exceptional, including your employees.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, breakfast exceptional, nice amenities at hotel including pool with waterfall, mini putt putt area, rec center. Easy check in and check out. Had luggage carts and elevators. Really close to the beach.

Only complaint was seeing Nikki one of house keeping yell at Helena while cleaning our room. Told her to move faster and not to talk to us. She was in our room around 6 minutes and made sure it was to our satisfaction.

It is ok. An old building with a very thin wall. The staff were polite. Towels were clean, breakfast was good.

We reserved the two rooms and but did not get the rooms next doors. There were a couple in the middle of our rooms and they had fight, yelling and screaming that was very loud and disturbing. Our kids got awake and they got scared. I repeatedly called the front desk through my phone and room landline. After almost trying about 20 minutes someone answered. Even though it is not the staff’s fault for this incident, I think that this should have been handled faster and called police sooner. God forbid, it could have been worse. I was so scared that the guy who was abusing his girlfriend would get angrier and hurt or even throw her out of the balcony. After the police got the guy, another guy, I assume their friend came about 30 minutes later and was slamming their room and balcony door so hard and it shook the walls in our room. He was cursing and yelling on the phone and it woke us up again. Overall, we had a very bad night. We did not sleep because of this incident.

My family loved the unit we were in as it had a full kitchen minus a reg size fridge and no dish soap for dishes, lol. Location was great as it was across the way from beach, restaurants near by and it's on the quieter side of beachside. Beds are cozy and good size room. The staff was awesome and so courteous. That fact we had a corner room and didn't hear much of anything is a plus. Pool was beautiful and Breakfast was always a plus as

The fact the room didn't have a balcony nor good views of beach/pool/town. Need a bit more lighting in bathroom perhaps and maybe another kind of small table on other side of bed.

Breakfast was okay, not as many options as expected.Staff were nice, friendly and room service was good. They knocked every day to ask if we needed anything. Location was quiet and good for nights rest.

Room was old and outdated. Sliding door was really hard to open, definitely needs to be replaced. Paint in the bathroom was peeling. Bathtub was repainted and was peeling. Beds were comfortable enough. But overall, hotel needs full remodel. Everything was old and dingy.

This hotel is in a great location! The beds were comfortable and they give you many pillows.

There is noise from jets that go over the hotel on weekdays and disturb your sleep. Also, I feel like the hotel could have been a bit cleaner and they need to update the rooms.
