The location was nice

It’s a non smoking hotel and the room smelled like weed. We walked into our room and the balcony door was wide open. The bed was in the back room and the air/heat was in the front room. Very poor layout

The location was great.

The bathtub has rust stains in it. bedsheets has stains on them. Coffee maker didn’t make coffee good at all Microwave didn’t work. the mattress from the the pullout couch Looked like it was pulled out from a dumpster. The sliding door needed two people to open it. The door to the bedroom drags on the floor and does not close. The clean towels we received had makeup stains on them. The pictures online are nothing like what you see. She claimed it was remodeled two years ago.

The room next to me must have been smoking something but smelt bad as hell...also upset for the fact elevator broke down have bad knee didn't help to have to use stairs all the time was always loud on my floor the balcony door wouldn't full crack shut on the oceanfront side and it ended up leaking cold air in room...one of the stairwells smelled like urine...

Many parts of the room seemed incomplete and layout of living room was lacking. Doors are loud and balcony is scary.

We loved the size of the room.! The only thing i liked about this place was its location. Good sized for a bigger party of people

We loved the size of the room but it was extremely dirty. The remote to tv was messed up and jumping channels and toilet shot out water evertime it was flushed. The whole building was filthy. The pool is advertised as indoor but they close it for the season??? This wasnt advertised anywhere i saw it. I picked this place because of the indoor pool. It was very dirty being the worst part altogether. Empty vending machines. The whole place needs major facelift. Also no coffee in the lobby which is huge! The only thing i liked about this place was its location. I had 3 shampoos and no conditioner which i forgot to bring my personal and they had only shampoo and soap. No conditioner or lotion.

Unclean, add on charges, barely any towels or ragspull out sofa uncomfortable. not enough linen. No maid service whatsoever. Parking is to tight if you have anything other then a sedan or small suv. Whole building has a unique… odor. Window in bedroom had duct tape on it, sliding door had a half rigged lock. coffee pot didn’t work. one blanket we had was stained and smelled like urine. Lots of drunks walking around and turns kinda ghetto at night. Definitely a hotel to enjoy the beach and not the room.
