We got lost and couldn't find the hotel, ending up calling 3 different times. Staff was so professional with a friendly family vibe and stayed on the phone with us until the hotel was in sight. Staff was the same during our entire stay.

I wish you had grits. I'm from NC and southern girls likes their grits, lol

The employees were super friendly

The shower was not very clean and parking was difficult ( cramped lot).

This is one one of the best hotels I have stayed in a long time. The staff were excellent. They were all very kind people. Hotel extremely clean and lots of space in the room The breakfast was exceptional.

Did not enjoy to conjoined room door. We could hear everything that was going on in the room next to us. I had a big event the next day and had very little sleep due to the noise from the conjoined room. Need better insulated doors for conjoined rooms.

The room was very spacious and had blackout shades which made sleeping easier. This is something that I rarely see in other accommodations. Very much appreciated!

It¿s very minor but I would rather shower with bar soap than gel. But honestly, it¿s no big deal. The hotel was very nice.

Clean new room - linens and bed comfortable - love the large refridgerater and kitchen - nice layout - lots of surface space for personal items - comfortable chair with big mirror for drying adnn styling hair and make up

Very clean and well furnished/decorated. Spacious and the breakfast was good. We did not interact much with the staff, but they seemed friendly and professional. The location is good, but we wanted a place more northern than southern for our purpose.

The location was difficult to see from the road and hard to get in and out of.

Hi we liked everything about this hotel it was perfect for our family (5) thw breakfast was awesome we enjoyed our stay here i would recoomend this hotel to everybody

What we didnt like was the entrance to get to this hotel from the main road it was kind of dangerous maybe they can get a turning lane because car comes super fast and is dangerous other than that it was perfect for us

It was extremely clean and modern. We wished it wasn¿t just a quick overnight stop. Everything was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was bagged, not many choices but understandable given the covid restrictions

Left an expensive item in the room and was told that I was not “recovered”. Zero responsibility taken by the staff. I will never give my money to this hotel again. Reservation was also lost upon check in.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room has everything you might need. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The price is great for such a clean well appointed room. I will stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone asking.

Everything especially the front desk clerk he went over and beyond his call if duty to make sure we were well taken care of
