Hampton Inn Stafford/Quantico & Conference Center

I felt very welcomed. The breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful, free parking I loved it. There was plenty of room in the room and bathroom.

The handicap bathroom need a bar at the back if the tub.

Clean hot tub and pool, nice gym and the beds were comfortable.

The layout was kinda weird but not a bad thing

No luggage carts available check in or check out. Staff said we had to wait. Sat in lobby and never say a cart. No help! We are in our late 70s with heavy luggage and coolers. Not acceptable.. never had this problem in our frequent travels .

The fast, friendly at checkout. I really enjoyed the freshness, promptness of the breakfast foods. The hotel was quiet and relaxing.

I would recommend that the hotel invest in a variety of pillows, pertaining to offering firm and soft pillows. Also, small, medium, small, pillows.

Room was updated and very clean. Breakfast was on time and very good for a buffet. Staff pleasant.

Under construction. Whirlpool tub not functioning. Business Center locked and being used as a storage area for boxes.Gym treadmill and television not working. One elevator walls taped with cardboard and blue tape. Rooms very loud due to highway traffic.

Hotel under construction. They couldn¿t get our lock to work with a key. They had to keep letting us in. Check in took way too long. We didn¿t get the room we had paid extra for because of overbooking. The staff was very nice. Not secure.

Clean, the room was spacious and well maintained. The pool was opened and heated. Breakfast had variety and was good.

After checking into the room. I was just lying down at 1:40am or so and the guy from the front desk tried to enter the room. The lock thing blocked his entrance. Very alarming to say the least especially since it was the middle of the night.

Staff was courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated

The rooms weren't ready when we arrived at 3 p.m. we had to wait about 20 minutes for housekeeping to finish cleaning.

Cleanliness and spacious king rooms with out coves.

I didn¿t like that we did not have a room safe and the boxed breakfast was less than expected, offering only a chocolate muffin and apple.

I did not LOVE that there was no vending machines. Going down 4 floors to the front desk to purchase a water was not ideal to me. Also they put 4 FLAT pillows on the bed. By the time we got in bed we did not wanna deal with requesting more.

Very clean, good breakfast, good location, nice staff. I really recommend it, feels like a 5 stars hotel with only 3. I was very surprised and I really recommend this hotel.

Close to I-95. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very nice. Great selection and staff always kept food refilled. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Nice pool and whirlpool indoors and gym was well equipped.

No, I would stay here again and recommend to others.
