Updated spacious room with comfortable bed.

Location and service. Friendly and responsive staff.

The room had an infestation of ladybugs. In the windows, flying around, on the sofa bed and king bed. Though not agree aid of the would prefer they were not there

Great location to where we needed to be. Good amenities on site.

There was a sign in the loony that they charged $3.00 per day for parking in the parking lot. No public parking was located close to hotel. No sure if I was charged for parking during my two day stay. FYI.. I did not drive to this location.

I recommend a stay here. Very comfortable bedding. Pets allowed, no fee.

Breakfast is not included.

Rude staff. Waited ten minutes for someone to show up at the desk. I originally was given a room with one bed when I reserved two. The person at the desk said they were out of rooms with two beds, which wasn¿t true. Eventually I got the right room.

I like modern look of the hotel room great furniture such as wallpaper, tv, bathroom.

I did not like the fact that when I tried to check in on the first day the front seat told me my room was not available and I booked 2 days prior she told me it will be ready in 10 min that is way to fast to clean a room especially during covid.

I called ahead to see if the pool was open before booking and was told yes but it was not. There was never anyone at the front desk had to wait 10 minutes plus. There were signs that the Starbucks was open but same as form desk no one was there

Hotel employee welcomed us, which made my family and I feel good. The room was nice and clean and spacious..

Customer service is terrible!!! Hotel employee, has a terrible attitude and speaks rude to guest. She hates her job and it shows. The AC wasnt working in Rm 325 and she acted like it was my fault that the AC wasn’t working soon as i walked into the room. And.

Cleanliness during Covid 19 was so important for us traveling. Thank you for making us feel safe. We did have a noisy neighbor at 2:30am but it didn’t last too long. Staff was nice and very organized.

The style decor of the room. I liked that there was a bar in the hotel. However with COVID-19 it was not available to us.

Very clean, quiet and safe

My family was visiting the Marine Base about a mile awhile. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and pleasant our experience was without a doubt comfortable. We all would definitely stay there again if we were in town again.

Clean room with plenty of space and quite comfortable. Location was close to NMMC which was the purpose of my visit. Staff was extremely nice and professional. I would recommend this hotel and overall it's a great place to stay.

I do wish the restaurant was a bit better with more selections. There was some sort of "mechanical" noise that was not very noticeable during the day but quite noticeable at night. Never did figure out what it was.

Hotel is NEW. Was very nice. Staff were American! They were knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

Didn't like that they didn't have free coffee in the morning or any type of continental breakfast
