It was being renovated though not finished yet. The first floor lobby area was still under construction.

There was no soap in the shower and no maid service the second day. Had to ask for towels from the front desk. Also misdial the “make up the room” sign for the door.

To go bags for breakfast. The food was limited because the truck didn't show up

When the staff wasn't being rude.

Rude employees, rude owner, water never cooled off. I got accused of having an animal, called names. Would really like my refund for the room I was forced to leave before I could check in

No internet the entire week. Previous stays there was no hot water and elevator broken. The frontdesk and mgt did not give compensate.

They gave a extra night for 4 bad rooms

We had to switch rooms 4 times

Easy to get to, easy check in, nice employees

Shower temperature could only be scalding hot, toilet constantly running

Outstanding customer service

The hotel has a roach infestation in dire need of attention. Also, the cookware, dishware, and flatware are busted and outdated and need replacement.

Convenient and cheap!

Only have decent breakfasts on TThSat! The TV has no instructions and hasn't ever worked! Desk person NOT helpful!

The location in the cleanliness

Yes, there?s not enough staff as far as the front desk it took me about 30 minutes to check in and they only had one client in front of me

I stay here often and some of the staff members are incredibly rude. My rooms floor was wet by the AC, they said I couldn?t switch.

Roach on room wall, called customer service and was on hold for 15 minutes. Resulted in me leaving and finding somewhere else to stay. After never even talking to a customer service representative.

The person who checked me and was extremely nice

Hotel employee who checked me out was extremely difficult. She kicked my children out of the room.

Staff is wonderful and very welcoming

There was barely any water pressure when I tried to take a shower. I had to take a bath instead, not my favorite thing to do since I¿m tall.

The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable for the price.

The overall smell of the hotel was bad. It had a strong "burnt electrical" smell to it that stuck to our clothes even after we left.

reserved room w/2 beds, room had 1 bed. Tried a 2nd room, door wouldn¿t open- suspect it was occupied.Went back to room with 1 bed, husband slept on floor- no cots available. Not the clerks fault- suspect there was fault in the reservation system.

never checked in.... called to cancel twice ... drug activity in parking lot.... felt unsafe...... denied charge
