Proximity to lake Anna state park
The location and price were good for us.
Lodge was very close to the venue that I was attending.

Cons -

No towels. Stained bedding and sink.
Wi-fi was slow and unpredictable. Rooms are small and kind of dated, but generally clean.
The adjoining little restaurant was not open early for breakfast! And when the restaurant's bar closed, there was loud talking, and honking car horns in the parking lot outside of my room both nights!

locates near my work place

Bed sheets, pillow cases were not changed, stained and disgusting. They need to replace all sheets and towels. Look like rooms were painted new. The toilet was not cleaned. Urine dripped on the toilet seat. Nasty.
