Everything was great EXCEPT

The Breakfast. There were no eggs, and the only protein source was highly processed meat (bacon, sausage, etc.) and sliced cheese. Last year when we were there, there were eggs every morning including hard boiled.

Room was big and clean..

Bath and pool towels incredibly small. Breakfast was lackluster.

they didn't clean the room the whole time we were there - 4 days. They restocked linens and made the beds but didn't clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful

1. Saw roach in room 2. Toliet overflowed in second room 3. Furniture (sofas) stained and had musty old odors.

Room was clean

I called to make sure the pool was working before booking and was told it is running. The pool has not been operating since January. Extremely upset and had 3 upset children.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious.

There was a VT baseball team in the hotel. When we went down for breakfast, there was virtually nothing left. This wasn't the hotel's fault I suppose, but it was a downfall and we had to go offsite to get food.

Just everything! Staff was excellent, breakfast delicious, rooms comfortable, and location infamous! No complaints at All ¿¿!

There was nothing I did not like at this hotel.

Dogs, lots of dogs here. If you aren¿t a dog person, stay somewhere else.

We were locked out of our room by the keyless entry system. Staff didn¿t know what to do and could not open it for 20min. Luckily, our chewy puppy was with us on the outside.

Very spacious room. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Great location.

The towels could have been cleaner. They just appeared dinghy.

The kids enjoyed the pool

 the girl working the front on Saturday night was very rude and disrespectful she didn¿t have a badge on and was wearing a hoodie, she treated me awful and talked to me like a dog will never stay at another Hilton

Room size and kitchenette. Friendly staff.

Beds and pillows not very comfortable.

Felt somewhat like home, breakfast was ok and the one gentleman was very friendly and polite. The other staff on the breakfast bar was not. It was a place to lay my head.

I think that the rooms could¿ve been cleaned and stocked everyday with housekeeping but I understand that restrictions may be in place. However, having to run down to get towels and other things is not a good feeling.

The service person at the front desk was wonderful. They are pet accommodating.

The noise. You could hear everything. Adjoining rooms, the people above. Everything.

Entire experience sucked!

Failed to tell you online you can't rent a room if your a local unless you pay 250$ deposit fee..this is outrageous ! And because I wasn't aware I was denied a room.with no refund ! I am highly highly upset !!!!

Room was very large and location was good.

The pool was green, cloudy and lots of gair chunks. Breakfast wasnt good. Had to wait in line for a half warmes up microwave sandwich. We eneded up gwtting fast food.

Front desk staff was very helpful each time that I either had a question or needed supplies. I always saw him helping others or resolving problems.

Was there 8 days. Cons: must get own toilet paper k towels etc. Had to empty my own trash. Room cleaned once, done poorly. Torn mattress cover used as quilt. Silverware missing. Have Hilton Honors, but not given points

Staff super friendly, room and hotel very clean. It¿s very close to shopping and dining. We have stayed here now 3 times & will be back again. Breakfast was ok - better than nothing and you can tell they are trying.

Needed more staff for breakfast. They had one lone person working for all of us that were waiting to get breakfast.

My teenage daughter loved that there was a large curtain between the bed and the Pull-out Couch where she slept. With this curtain pulled it felt like she was in her own private space. The oversized room was also a great perk. Also Frig and microwave ðŸ‘

Overall no. We tend to sleep a little later when on vacation and the area got pretty noisy By 9 in the morning.😊 Daughter disappointed the pool was closed due to Covid, but this wasn’t really a fault of the motel.
