Very worn, not clean, the worst Hyatt I?ve stayed at.

the staff were warm and friendly. the breakfast gave a wide selection of choices and was changed every two days.

Phone woke me at 4:56 the first night blaring siren beeps and flashing red lights. When it stopped I called the main desk and They would check it out. My last night there the same thing happened. It woke me around 5:45AM.

Close to downtown, mall and surrounding restaurants.

Not enough movie channels and not able tonaccess Netflix or Amazon prime video. For the money there should be more options. Exiting the hotel can be a pain as well because the road you turn in on turns into 1 way and you have to drive a ways to finally

The room is well laid out with separate areas and comfortable furniture. I wish I had more than one night there.

Rooms were not cleaned daily. Several areas in the room were in need of repair (missing tiles in the bathroom, chipped paint, stains on bedding, floor, and curtains). Room had outdated TV with less than 10 channels and no hookup for streaming.

The hotel staff actually ignored me for a good 5 minutes when trying to check in. We finally got to the room and slept for a few hours. As soon as we were walking out we immediately noticed we were getting eaten up by fleas and had flea bites everywhere.

Evidence of mold in the bathroom. Needed calking around tub and bathtub handlebar

The room was excellent; the bed was very comfortable. There was a nice table and sink in the room. Everything worked properly. The breakfast was okay; they had 3 hot dishes. They could maybe have had more selection for breads. I did enjoy what I had.

There was a fire drill 5 minutes after I got there, but that wasn¿t their fault. I¿d say the staff was not great. One or two were very good and another one or two were unfriendly.

Nothing. When I went to check in they were out of rooms. My family just drove 8 hours. It was a horrible experience and the front desk manager was no help at all. The nastiest. Dirtiest Hyatt I¿ve ever been to.

Rather hard beds and only serving take and go breakfast. But overall nice place to stay.

Staff was friendly. Internet was good.

Overpriced, beds uncomfortable, out of eggs, sausage and biscuits for breakfast (and no hot breakfast), hallways were dirty. Did not honor coupon code for wedding (called and was told it was overbooked).

Good pillows, comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was a little small and hard to maneuver with small children. Some of the outlets looked a little grimy, as if soda was spilled on it and not cleaned up.

Ease to and from the highway with many restaurant options.

They charged $75 for my one dog for one night stay. That is almost how much o paid for the entire room. That needs to be disclosed when reserving the room.

Very nice, modern well kept room. Staff was excellent and the to go breakfast was great.

The room was large with a king bed, sectional sofa and desk. A large screen TV that could be angled for the couch or bed.

Breakfast was limited due to COVID-19 but was sufficient to eat if you can do basic.

Convenient to my location for what I was doing for this area

Ask if they sold pain Meds for headaches, lady at from State No in a nasty way and never offered anything else

The pool was very nice! Great location.

Staff was very rude

The furniture and carpet seemed old and shabby. It wasn’t clean. The garbage cans did not have plastic bag liners so there were gross stains on the garbage can from whomever stayed in the room before us.
