Breakfast ending at 9 on a Saturday is too early. We are on vacation and would like to sleep in a little on a Saturday

Convenience, choices as complementary breakfast, and friendly staff.

Nothing not to like.

The staff was very nice

It is a very old hotel, the smell in the room was too bad , there was a leftover shower gel bottle from previous guest in the shower.

Reasonable price for a decent-quality room

Hotel owner refused to help us when we were locked out of our room and instead bizarrely accused us of hiding additional people in there (why would we need help getting back in if that was true?)

Location. Heater/ AC unit operated well and quietly.

Rooms require a thorough cleaning and a coat of paint. Carpets should be replaced or at minimum steam cleaned. Freezer was full of ice. Bathroom flooring stained and worn/damaged.

Smelled damp, beer bottle cap on floor, 2 dead bugs in bath towel, advertised price $79 actual cost $----

The beds were comfortable. The hotel was ok if you are on a budget.

The toilet didnt flush good. The sink was clogged up. I had to go to the front desk for a washcloth and shampoo. The soap holder in the shower had soap scunge built up on it.

it was filthy dirty, the shower drain was clogged with hair and the bathroom was dirty

Uncomfortable Bed. No cord on the phone. ICE AND VENDING INCONVIENIENT

the bathroom was absolutely nasty! the shower curtain smelled like urine! check out time was @ 11 the maid was @ the door at 10 asking to come in and clean & she continued to come back 2 more times before 11 . very disappointing!

The room was very clean, smelled nice and the bathroom mirror and granite sink top was georgeous.

There was an issue with my check in as I came in after 12pm, but was straightened out by the manager the next day. Manager was personable and handled the situation well.

Price

Old and dirty in appearance¿especially the bathroom. I had to ask for a shower curtain change and the second was just as filthy in appearance as the first. The amenities appeared dusty and I didn¿t feel relaxed or comfortable.

Bagged breakfast disappointing. Need to state hot breakfast and spread not available in advertisements.

The girl at the front who did check in when we arrive was friendly and personable.

About 8am there was a loud continuous blower that started and seemed to go back and forth down the main walkway right outside the rooms. Not only was it disturbing to be woken by such a noise it continued to the point that any further rest was impossible.

The fact that bed bugs don't transmit malaria. Because they have bed bugs. Lots of them. Stay away!

An absolute nightmare. My room was infested with bedbugs. I woke up with large bite marks all over my back, arms and forehead. I have to fumigate my car, luggage, clothes and shoes to make sure they don't infest my apartment.

The biggest issue I had was that I selected a non-smoking room but people had smoked in that room heavily, it effected my breathing. 2nd was the cleaning lady opening my door at 9am in the morning while I was in bed sleep asking if I was checking out.

the whole hotel was full of marijuana smoke. definitely not for a family with babies.

Very clean room. Desk Clerk was nice and courteous. Hotel was clean no bugs and bed was very comfarble.

It was close to work. I work nightshift so it was nice to be able to have the room dark with the curtains they have.

Staff are very unfriendly. They will charge you for anything extra. They were extremely rude about getting out of there on time. After prior approval to check out an hour Late, they were extremely rude the next day about being 1 hour late.

It was clean.

I did not like that they called me in the middle of each night regarding dog issues. Yes, I travel with my service dog. My dog is well trained, quiet and doesn''t leave my side. My dog wasnt the problem.
