The staff was nice

Breakfast first day was ok limited items not replenished the pool was filthy hair bandaids floating in it

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful.

The bathroom in the pool area needed som repair. The door would not open or close properly.

The breakfast was hot and plentiful, and the location was superb. The hotel is showing its age, but the staff did a fantastic job in upkeep and everything was clean.

I had to get new key cards every day as the ones before kept getting deactivated.

The hotel is in a good area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Spacious suite Breakfast was good

The first time we stayed on the 20th, the front desk was very curteous and friendly. The second time, not as much. If 4 people are staying in the room, I would think you should have 4 sets of towels, not 3.

Enjoyed breakfast buffet. Good coffee and constantly replentished hot breakfast food. Clean and fresh.

Elevator floors always dirty/ sticky/yellow wet floor sign.

I love the layout of the room, it was clean and access to everything.

The pool was really dirty and I thought after so many people occupy the pool that they would clean it but they didn't. The water was Grey.

They changed my room from at King sized wet bar to a handicap accessible two queen room with out notification or compensation.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. That was the best part of my stay.

The cleaning staff needs to do a better job cleaning the bathrooms. My shower had black mold/mildew along the base of it which should not be .

There was a roach in our bathroom. Missing baseboards. TV was very difficult to turn on. Noise from the kitchen was VERY loud and started about 4am. Could not sleep beyond that.

Hotel caught fire and I had to leave. Stayed in the parking lot for several hours.

The manager and everyone that worked the front desk was always very nice. Clean hotel and great breakfast.

I love this hotel but¿ starting around 8am house keeping kept knocking on my door (do not disturb sign on knob) check out wasn¿t until 12 .. my husband had surgery and I was out late and exhausted.. it was constant knocking until I finally got up and left

Breakfast was nice, location convenient, close to mall and restaurants

Cleanliness

Staff gave another person my same room and he walked in while I was sleeping. Ac unit made a lot of noise

Followed covid guidelines and room was very clean. Despite COVID they had a great breakfast that was safe with hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks

old property,dated decor bathroom fixtures scratched and unsightly - need to be replaced
