The young lady at the desk was very helpful and personable.

The first room we were given smelled musty and the carpet was actually wet. We were given another room without any issue. The desk attendant said that the rooms in that area always get that way after it rains hard. Maybe time to get that fixed?

Very clean and quiet. Will stay there again while traveling!!! Felt safe there!

Staff excellent room was clean breakfast was good convenient location . We had a problem that was handled quickly and graciously.

The air conditioner did not work well and our personal opinion is the beds are very hard not comfortable but that's just a personal choice .

Room was not cleaned but person at front desk quickly put us into a clean room.

Location and the beds were very good.

Room could have used a good vacuuming and the towel count was short with no washcloths. The elevator smelled bad. Ice machine was OUT OF ORDER. And finally the room smelled like it was a previous smoking room.

The breakfast person was very nice and made sure food was warm and well stocked.

They have ice machines turned off on all but 1 st floor . I'm sure it's because of people abusing the service but it was not convient

Greeting was excellent, staff was immediately attentive to my needs.

After over forty years as a "travelling salesman" I was prepared for almost anything. The treatment I received and the condition of my room was heartwarming as the reason for the trip was my Son's funeral. Apparently the staff was aware of this!

The first room we were given smelled strongly like smoke. The front desk mgr. was great about getting us a new room quickly. But the electronic key entry for the 2nd room was broken so she had to get us a 3rd room. It was clean and smelled fine.

I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never stayed at a Comfort Inn and this was such a great price. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is small and was very clean. The employees were friendly and helpful...

Very friendly staff, nice room, nice breakfast.

I was attending my daughter's graduation at Virginia Tech and this is the only hotel available. However, the hotel is nice and comfortable; breakfast is ok-they should offer better selection.

Location, easy to get on/off the highway. Next to shopping and restaurants.

The location worked for me. Close to lots of eateries and the freeway that leads to my destination since I only stopped for the night on my way through the town.
