Jackson Park Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Loved the brick interior walls and high ceilings. I also appreciated the large leather chair in the room.

The Room was clean and spacious. The Breakfast was also wonderful and the staff was very friendly. The commons area was cool also.

This hotel us impeccably clean. He staff were welcoming. I arrived late and tge restaurants were closed. They gave me a complimentary package of crackers to hold me over until a nice breakfast tye following morning.

The hotel was a little off my route in a sleepy little town with little in the way of shopping or restaurants after 8PM. But the setting on the river bank in downtown Pulaki conveyed a feeling of rest and relaxation after a day of cross country driving.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. This is the best hotel in town.

Thin walls ; can hear all guests in all surroundings rooms. Ear plugs help to buffer the frequent freight trains passing close by.

The conversion from brick warehouse to hotel is excellent. The room was very nice, with comfy bed and soft linens. The restaurant had delicious food and friendly staff. the front desk was the best, so welcoming & friendly!!

The only down side is that the downtown is deserted. Hope it will recover.

This was a very lovely, charming & friendly hotel. It is a converted warehouse that still has wood beams, piping and exposed brick walls. But the rooms are thoroughly modern, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is roomy with two large sink/mirrors.

Ultra Clean, Fresh and 1920's Classy. Old School Hospitality. In the historic town center with great walking and window-shopping choices. Worth the 15 minute drive from the interstate.

Very quiet except for the occasional train passing. My wife slept through it but it woke me twice.

Loved this hotel. A unique wonderful hotel. I much prefer to spend my money on a place like this that keeps the money in the local economy. Very comfortable. Very clean. The restaurant had good food, good choices, good prices. Highly recommend!

Excellent conversion from what was a grocery warehouse. Room had exposed brick exterior wall, roughly 15' ceiling with exposed beams. Coupled with modern bath and quality cabinets & closets. Good restaurant and exceptionally helpful, friendly staff.

The room I stayed in had all kinds of problems. The door was broken and hard to shut and lock. When I pulled the covers back there was a candy bar wrapper in the sheets. Then the water wouldn’t drain in the shower and that was horrible. I was in room 20

It was just beautiful, from the Libby to the restaurant to the room.

No iron in the room when we got there.

No insulation in walls had to listen to man snoring in next room Sounded like he was in our room. Such a shame was a beautiful hotel
