Room had everything I needed and was clean

Breakfast food wasn’t hot— like eggs and hash browns were barely warm

The room was clean and comfortable. We just booked for one night to break up our drive, so the room was to our liking.

The water pressure to our shower was on the low side. The hair dryer in the room did not work. Not important details and did not affect comfort of the room.

Good breakfast selection. The front desk recommended a really good restaurant for dinner.

The beds were stiff. Didn?t get much sleep and woke up sore

The entrance, lobby, hallways and the room were very clean and well kept. Breakfast was perfect and I could see the staff working hard to give guests a great experience. The bed was the best part of my stay; pillows are a marshmallow clouds of comfort!

This hotel is doing some out-of-site remodeling and has recently gone through major staff changes, while they are trying to adjust things go wrong and I could see that certain guests were frustrated and wanted to leave.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. The room was disgusting, staff was rude, room wasn¿t ready upon arrival, pool was gross with no towels.

The extra large room was nice with sofa.

It was average. More options on breakfast buffet would have been nice

The room size and location.

Are room was NOT ready by 4p, but the staff did get us in a different room. The POOL was SUB arctic and the Hot tub was a COOL tub. Are feet froze after 15 minutes in the pool and there were two dead bugs in the pool. POOL was FREEZING and so was COLD tub

Nice clean hotel in a convenient location for our trip. Great for a one night stay.

This was a 3 day stay. Every day I had to get the key reset. Makes it inconvenient to use the side doors of the hotel. The third day I had to practically re-check in with credit card and all.

THE STAFF WERE NICE AND THEY HAD A GREAT HOT BREAKFEST. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NICE.

DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT THERE HEATED INDOOR POOL WAS BROKEN AND HOT TUB AND THEN THE VERY FIRST NIGHT THEY DID NOT HAVE INTERNET.

Hotel had pool. Sign on the door said pool open but apparently the girl "never got around to opening the pool". Very disappointing considering we asked prior to booking our stay considering we had a 4year old with us.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very poorly maintained, several broken items in room, re-use of opened single-use materials, staff who were annoyed to be interrupted to assist guests.

Convenient to the town of Orange for the business I needed to conduct.

They seemed to be short staffed, with housekeepers doing front desk duties, thus not as well versed in front desk duties. Morning breakfast was VERY limited, only one hot item which you had to request and heat via microwave yourself.

Clean, good location, Mgr needs basic training in how to provide better service to guests that don't get up at 7am.

Lack of staff, room phones are just props, when you call with your phone you have to go through 5 mins of promotions BEFORE it rings endlessly at front desk. They have a lawn service that uses a weed eater to trim their bushes, AT 7AM! BRAIN DEAD MANAGER

12/20/20 We found the Comfort Inn in Orange, VA to be easily accessible and a short driving distance from downtown Orange which has a number of good restaurants. The hotel was clean, maintained well with nearby parking. A nice hotel!

The room was clean and the place was quiet overall.

The night desk associate disappeared for 20+ minutes, returning with a friend from the motel next door who then harassed my family who was waiting for the desk clerk. The pool was closed the entirety of my stay and the ‘breakfast’ was gone by like 7am

It was clean. The male Staff was excellent; professional & friendly, helpful.

Pet friendly, but I wasn't told prior that I was going to be charged an extra $25. for my dog to be overnight.

I had the suite. Room was very clean, spacious and quiet.

I arrived, they told me I had no reservation. They did offer another room

It’s location to Mont Pelier The staff were professional and friendly We spoke to the new GM and told him about the pool and hot tub when he asked about our stay. He listened to what we had to say and will probably correct it.

The pool and hot tub were not clean so we were not able to use them. After a long day of driving we were looking forward to using these. They told us they would have maintenance done on Friday but we only stayed one night which was Tuesday night.

The room was very nice, clean and quiet. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The TV was a bit of a pain, but the front desk came up and helped. The breakfast was good. Would stay again.

It was supposed to have an indoor pool and hot tub. After losing electricity in the storm, I chose to pay more to stay here for that reason. However, on check in at 8:20 PM, I was told the pool and jacuzzi were closed, BEFORE the stated 9 PM closing time.

Did not state an extra charge for pets in their description, but charged. Room was dirty. Breakfast was poor and not as described. Lots of noise. NOT a 2 and a half star place. Very UNfriendly to pets. The description given by other guests was misleading
