Friendly, helpful staff. Very good hot breakfast.

Cleanliness

Staff was not attentive at all!!! Asked for an ice bucket 4 times and never recieved it. When asked about broken ice machine i was told all but one on the bottom floor was broken so i would have to go to the bottom floor without annice bucket to get it

The beds were very clean and the staff was friendly.

There were no refrigerators or microwaves in the double room I had, one of the elevators was out of order, the vending and ice machines on my floor weren't working, the water pressure in the shower was very light, and only decaf coffee in the room!!

Ice maker only works on 1st floors. Only 1 elevator working. Bar restaurant closed. Water turned off for short period. Pool and exercise room closed.

Nothing worked..pool...fitness center were closed...elevators were out of order

I can't say much on the positive tip because I'm sleep deprived and cranky.

I'm a HEAVY sleeper but I was up all night due to jake brakes on tractor trailers all night long coming to a stop at the light. A pair of earplugs was provided in the room; I should have taken the hint I guess. There's a restaurant so no free breakfast.

The staff will always go out of their way to try to meet any needs you may have. They show the true meaning of customer service, We had a great breakfast the morning after we arrived. The dinning room staff was so pleasant.

lighting in the bathroom was very dark, our room was not cleaned and we stayed two nights. We saw the housekeeping person in the hall when we left our room. It was 12:00 PM when we left our room, but she did not clean our room. This has happened befor

We have previously stayed at this hotel and as usual the staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel carpet is looking a bit worn as are some of the furnishings.

Rugs need replacing .

The location was close to our business destination.

The restaurant service was very slow and the breakfast was not cooked well (hard biscuits, cold eggs, etc.) The air conditioner was very loud throughout the night.

Morning Road traffic was an issue. Air cuts off during day, so we came back to a hot room.

The staff was very responsive to requests. This was a really busy weekend in the area and the hotel was booked solid but the staff managed to remain cool and took care of each guest in a positve way.

I liked the location. The room was clean and most of the staff was very nice. I was glad there was a washer & Dryer onsite and the indoor pool was great as well as the workout room.

There was a lot of traffic noise buy my biggest complaint is that the wired internet in my room didn't work. I needed wired internet to conduct business I ended up using the business center down stairs which worked all right.

Called to request non smoking room and did not get a non smoking room. Plus room not clean.
