Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Norton - Wise South

Price was low.So I didn't expect much. Check in clerk was super nice.

It was run down, old, outdated, goats and chickens live on the property right beside the pool area.

The friendliness of the staff, and how helpful he was setting me up with a room that met my needs (first floor and close to exit). Spacious room with mw and fridge. The courtyard had chickens and goats! "Billy" loves being petted. Very sweet bk/wt goat.

Comforter had cigarette burns in it (they replaced it with another one). No USB connectors in the room. Wall mirror was slanted off it's bracket. Room had odd feint smell to it - odd but not bad enough to switch rooms

The gentleman that checked me ion and out was great. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet

The hotel itself did not have an elevator and maybe I missed the question about needing a downstairs room. The hallways smelled like weed and were not clean, neither were the stairwells.

Nothing I did not stay because it was fifthly, and I would love a refund. I would not let my dog stay there. It had mold, was not clean, smelled of smoke, had cockroaches, and was disgusting. had a 100 dollar deposit that noone told me about upfront.

The only resembling quality was the stay. Everyone is really sweet.

What wasn?t wrong. Literally everything. First night blood on the sheets. Change rooms the next morning. So cold I had to wear to go back sleep. I had to get a heater. My sink water was turned off and I had to turn it on myself. First shower was freezing.

The guy that works the front desk is rude to the guest. I seen him yelling at a guest accusing her of stealing towels & other things.

The bed was comfortable

The refrigerator was dirty inside, the bathroom also room floor was dirty.

Clean and well appointed rooms. Nice little breakfast with a wonderful coffee set-up. Front desk personnel were engaging, friendly, and very informed about local opportunities!

No napkins at breakfast bar.

It was very dirty, especially the pool area. Our bathroom was gross. There was no breakfast like in the photos nad no lights were on.

The location is convenient and they are animal friendly.

There was a lot of noise in the halls. Both times we stayed we was put by the stairwell. A lot of noise and partying coming from the rooms beside us. When I went to rent again they said the manager won't rent to me no more for calling the desk complaining

Horrible! Rooms dirty,sheets with dried blood stains, head board full of dust, and most horrifying there were rat dropping on the bed and between mattress and head board.Staff states they dont clean room unless asked nowhere in room or checkin states it.

Being remodeled. I had remodeled room. It was nice.

Breakfast could have been more.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. There was a problem with the hot water around 9 PM that took over an hour to resolve. The water never got as hot as you would expect.

I stayed here with my granddaughter while her mother was recovering from COVID. Everyone treated us with respect and gratitude.

Just needs a remodel.

The location is great ! The staff very helpful and friendly. Staff is to good for a hotel of this caliber.

The staff were excellent, However the hotel is old and outdated. Black mold in my bathroom ceiling and floor had built up dirt in the corner from over time . Not very secure the side entrance doors locks had been removed . Trash in the hallways.

It was quiet....

I had to switch rooms because of cock roaches as soon as I cut on the lights after having them off for a few....they was on the walls above the head board....the second room I was put in was covered in cob webs nothing had been moved n vacuumed n spiders

Front desk lady was very nice. Bed was comfortable.

Dirty floors, carpets. Curtain over the ac unit dirty with stains. Not safe, proplr hanging around the parking lot. Dog poop by the sidewalks where people were letting their pets go to the bathroom. Phone didn't work, cord broke that attaches to the base

Price and location.

1/ Called ahead to avoid long wait @front desk and clerk allowed new check-ins (one person who arrived after me) ahead of me when I had a screaming 4 yo &barking dog. 2/ Pool advertised, not open 3/ Pg, toilet not working 4/breakfst. Bread&cereal

Late check in was no problem.

Room looked dirty, ceiling was cracked with what looked like mold coming from the cracks. No breakfast even though it was advertised.

Domestic dispute 2 rooms down early in the morning. Gentleman stabbing himself and banging at our door at 7am. Go breakfast offered, no gym, no pool. No shuttle service.
