They had free cancellations and no payment up front for booking. Our room had a new tub and sink that were recently installed. Bed was comfortable. AC unit worked nice. Everything was as expected for a cheap nights stay.

The stairway in the breezeway is a death trap, very steep and uneven. However, we found an alternate stairs to use that were much safer. No garbage can in room. Some stains on bed and covers.
