Large Pile of Trash left at 4 floor elevator. Advertised tennis courts. There was no tennis courts. They didn't have me reserved for two rooms after I booked for two.

They did have a pool- primitive but they had a pool

OMG!!! The worst!! The room was complete crap!! No smoke detector- it’s the law that every room should have a working smoke detector Television, microwave and some lamps didn’t work Never saw anyone cleaning the room Windows were broken The list goes on!

The person (male), at check in had a blah attitude, not very friendly.

The bed was comfortable

Ceiling falling apart,mold on curtains and ceiling, bugs crawling underneath the room door

We had sheet that we wanted changed and they never did and supposedly no one had access to lines chest

No pool as advertised. The neighboring hotel has a pool, same owner

Hotel is 2 minutes away from Ft Eustis base. Comfy cozy bed and perfect for 2 night stay. Already booked again for June.

The elevator was down but we were only on the second floor so no major deal

The woman at the desk when I checked in was friendly.

Staff was not always at desk or responsive to bell.. Coffee and hot water were only available after AM and the coffee maker in the room did not function well at all. It splattered coffee all around the machine and produced coffee I chose to dump out.

We did not like this hotel. It is very run down and looks like it's ready for demolition. The staff was very friendly. However, even the toilet seat was way too small for the toilet.

Room was nice, bedding was good. Bath was good.

Location is dodgy. Next to strip clubs.

Absolutely NOTHING. The carpet was dirty and had a smell. After seeing 3 roaches I left the same night. Only to be told that ¿I CANT GIVE YOU A REFUND¿. 1/10 experience. They need to close it down and do some serious cleaning/ pest control.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. My children and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast!

No I enjoyed my overall stay.

TV¿s didn¿t work due to no cable. Instead of this being told to me while checking in, I walked up to my room with a note attached on the door saying that the cable was out. Other people that were leaving told me that the cable had been off for days.

Dissatisfied changed room 3x toilet wouldn¿t flush only (3) channels worked on tv. Once making a complaint no follow up. Swimming pool not on location. in another hotel

Same as above¿ location as well as service. When asked about help with anything the night desk person responded I DONT KNOW IM NEW HERE

The front desk staff was okay. Nice but not exceptional I¿m taking into account this is a 2.5-3 star hotel.

Surprised this Comfort Inn ¿twas like a one star hotel. The walls in our room were peeling the furniture was old and worn and even the metal on the light fixtures were rusting. We went to turn the fan on and the unit was dirty inside. Not inviting.

Staff were super nice.

There was no housekeeping staff, which is unacceptable for a 5 night stay. Plus, the advertising of a pool is false.

The man who checked us in was friendly. Although he did give us a room that was apparently booked to someone else, almost put my personal info down for someone else and told us we¿d get a refund then within 10 mins said we couldn¿t bc the owner said no.

Awful location right off the freeway full of construction. Outside was littered with trash, broken glass, and people outside asking for money. The hotel itself was ran down, dirty, smelled awful, + felt unsafe. Greedy owner refused a refund, forced to pay
