Closeness to the Natural Bridge state park

How dirty the room was, bed was covered in dog hair, instead of moving us to another room the staff that changed the sheets. I understand with hotels being pet friendly but there has be may be rooms set aside that are pet free for people with dog allergy

Location near the park.

TV did not work and they were not willing to help. I have stayed in this hotel numerous times in the past and the quality and service have declined. The hallways were dingy and unkempt. The dining room was empty. I was extremely disappointed.

The price, the comfort, and the food were all good. The highlight was the staff person, who helped at the front desk and later for dinner. She was eager to make sure we had everything we wanted and always approached us with a pleasant demeanor.

The room was not cleaned. The toilet was dirty. The ice bucket had water in it. The sheets were not fitted and kept coming off the bed. The top sheet was too narrow for a king bed. The restaurant was out of ingredients for most drinks. Service was slow.

One of the unique hotels I've stayed in. It has a history story to tell and a nice staff.

The room needs some updates (carpet) and new mattress.

The hotel room was old and outdated. There are cracks in the walls, mold and mildew on the floor and walls. Customer service was minimal at best. I’ve gave never written a poor review before but this one was necessary.

Great location. Rooms were large. View was amazing.

The hotel staff and service whether in the dining area or not was absolutely awful. The rooms were filthy. The towels were old and uncomfortable. Their insects. The air conditioner was super noisy. Bathroom door would not shut, water from shower was rusty

The staff (at the breakfast restaurant) was extremely ignorant, unhappy with her own job I guess to the point that she was rude. Other staff members were also a little ignorant as well. May be they were overwhelmed by the long weekend rush

Large room. Tavern on site. Lovely view from the FRONT of hotel.

Room in back. Overlooked machinery, elevated walkway. Hotel was quite empty. It would have been nice if a room with a view had been offered.

problems with the key card that took 40 minutes to figure out. room has ceiling issues that were falling down in the handicap room

It is an older property but our room was very clean.

The pleasant staff, history and location and the amazing views. Firm beds.

The food in the restaurant was terrible. The pork was under cooked and the onion rings were burned. Coffee in both the room and lobby leaves one wondering were they came from.

The room had a dirty towel in it, a used makeup sponge on the floor, no hand soap, and an old Skittle on the floor.

Large recently remodeled room with recently added individual HVAC unit. Food and beverage available downstairs. State Park across the street.

The used to provide complementary AM coffee in the lobby but stopped this feature. Instant coffee is still available in the rooms. Hope you do not get a pet room.

I liked the history and the convenience of a restaurant on-site. Also the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Location. The staff. The hotel is wholly under-staffed, but the staff that is employed goes above and beyond.

Management is lacking. They were often out of staples for their menu, and changed menu options with no notice.Employees were working morning to late at night due to jndermannning.

Rooms were lovely..beds very comfortable

We had 2 rooms neither of which had any hot water in the morning to shower...our daughters room had no heat in addition to no hot water...when we informed the lady at the front desk during checkout her only response was "well it's working now"

Room smelled very musty, bed was terrible, pillows were flat, air conditioner was old and loud , no drapes to block the bright light that was shining outside the room , I woke up at 230 am and thought it was morning ! Shower took 5 minutes to get warm !
