Roaches, holes in walls, tub stopped up with roaches floating .. Place should be shut down... Walked into room and left 5 minutes later

no toilet paper only one towel one more cloth one hand towel. The chair in the room is old as I am holy ripped nasty the bed covering old hole and filthy.

Bedding was nasty, burn holes in bedding and was suppose to be nonsmoking

The staff is good and it's near all the stores and it's not loud like most places I could sleep and the beds or nice

No handicap ramps for up stairs

It was very nice for a discount hotel. The room was clean with comfortable beds, and it had a nice newer TV. Breakfast was limited but included a waffle maker -- a big plus for our kids.

The building appears to be older, and it isn't as nice as a more expensive hotel. But it was a great value for the price. The room doors open to the outside rather than to an inside hallway, which you may see as a plus or a minus (or neither).

poor breakfast, needed to be cleaned more front door would not open needs to be up graded

The staff is awesome, every one!!! Very very sweet people very helpful always greeted and offered amenities.. but the most awesome is did not have to check out until 12:00 the following day or at checkout instead of 10:00 a.m.

the only two things I did not like about this hotel was I feel the rewards program and earnings should be more i stayed more than 7 days I feel if a customer stays consecutive nights or more than three nights should get extra incentives like free nights

room stank like excessive chemicals, old dingy like an old smoking room. Air freshners we purchased did nothing to help. Lime green paint in room was blinding. Very old and dated. Ice machine was obnoxious. Breakfast area was badly small and cramped.

It was adequate for the price. Very helpful front desk personnel upon arrival. The room was fine, clean and comfortable beds. Very small area for breakfast seating but it was not crowded so we had no problem finding a table.

The breakfast choices were a bit limited but adequate. There is even a waffle maker!

You get what you pay for. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

Bathroom door hinges were loose,so you had force it to close.
