Its new, so its bright and clean. They have a great lobby area and allow guest to hang out there. This was out second stay here for a hockey tournament - we chose the hotel because it was nice, clean, allows dogs and has a free breakfast.

they make you keep a parking pass in your car, or you can get towed.....we had people come hang out who were not staying but they were nervous about having their car towed!

Receptionist was not that welcoming. When asked about changing the room to upper floors, they simply said all the rooms are booked which was not true. Also the light in the bathroom was going off every minute, that made me to take shover in dark.

Room was not cleaned daily it was every other day. I did not know about this part. Breakfast was not as I expected.

It was a little noisy - could hear the footsteps of the people above me (though I think they had kids, and kids tend to stomp) and in the hall, especially doors. Nothing too terrible, though

The location was the primary attraction. Area appears safe and well lit.

No microwave or coffee maker in the rooms or to borrow. The walls are thin and you can hear everything inside and outside. No dedicated business meeting space. Low end mattress.

I truly wish when they build these brand new hotels they put a little more thought into the workout facility. Way too small and could use more equipment. A lot of hotels will do a joint agreement with a local chain gym, However this hotel does not.

Lemon body wash & lotion was irritating to the skin. & did not offer face wash.

I am a very picky when it comes to hotel and for a value hotel our experience here was amazing. Very clean, staff was SO friendly and helpful, and lobby had plenty of open space to spend time with friends.

Not a single thing to complain about! Which says A LOT!

Nothing at all

Being notified that room wasnt available anymore at 11:30PM when I was just about to arrive to the hotel after a long day of driving. And then being sent to a hotel 20 minutes away being told that they will get me a room there, only for us to have to pay for that room as well.

Staff was amazing, breakfast was good and my favorite thing was that the lobby was full of games and they had the football game on. It was nice to hang out down there and not feel confined to our room all evening.

The bottles of hand soap, shampoo etc... were a bit hard to squeeze. This wouldn't stop me from staying there again though.
