Best Western Battlefield Inn-Manassas

The room was constantly hot even with the ac at full blast, also the tv lost service half the time. So I was stuck watching stuff on my phone.

This hotel was closed due to structural defects. I was never notified or tebooked.

Very quiet, that¿s the most important aspect of my room, and very comfortable.

Kinda old and run down, no great, but again quite and comfortable.

The friendliness of the staff

Hotel was old & run down. Room floor was really dirty. Everything was loud. The air conditioner didn't work properly. The room where the ice machine was had 4-6 inches of water on the floor.

Nice and spatious. Couldn't hear traffic. That's always nice.

There needs to be more active security walking around at night. I had to call the desk because some teenagers were outside being very loud for as late as it was. They were running and almost sounded like rough housing. Front desk did handle it.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Rap music til 2a, ice machine in stagnant puddle of water, horrible guests fighting next door w physical violence, no return call from management. Shocked this is a best Western. Looks abandon

There was absolutely nothing redeeming about this hotel. Absolutely horrible

Noise, people were fighting outside our room until 2 AM, drug addicts and homeless people were everywhere outside our room. It seems it was very cheap hotel which was sold to us at premium price.

The staff was outstanding.

First room had no working phone or TV. I had to contact the front desk from my cell phone. After the room switch I got set up only to find ants ¿¿ in the bathroom.

No hot water at all. Dirty bathroom and has some broken stuff. Mold in the ceiling Bad experience Breakfast has only milk and stuff take bread with their hands without wearing gloves

The front desk lady was nice.

I did not even stay there. The bathroom was terrible. We had only one wash cloth, shower water was cold, and the bathroom down was disturbing. I didn¿t even want to walk on the floor with my shoes off.

Price is excellent for the experience in this hotel. Location is great and shopping, restaurants, and government offices are close.

The public printer has been without ink for several days. This is a great inconvenience that is easily solved. Thank you.

The hotel had rented out two large areas for holiday parties that ended at 2AM. the bass was deafening and the room walls and bed shook. The person on duty said most other guests had left for other hotels when we complained. No manager. No refund.

It was a good price and lots of rooms were open. However, so many rooms were open because the woman at the front desk needed to be fired and had zero desire to help anybody.

Everything about the hotel actually seemed good, but we did not even up staying there because the front desk woman was so rude. I did not even bother to cancel the reservation, I just left. She singlehandedly ruined the entire hotel.
