- Everything...the bed was super comfy, the kitchenette was a bonus and the breakfast was phenomenal...grits, smoked sausages, toast, eggs and cerals
- one of the employees was very professional and always asking my son if he needed anything. Even after breakfast hours, he resourced him a yogurt. He made it very positive for us.
- It was in a Great location. Very Professional Staff and CLEAN.
Cons -
- Kids were running in the hall till late at night and a few times ran by tapping our door
- Charged my credit card for the hotel stay plus $125, a fee for an alleged pet mess in the hallway, which I dispute since I cleaned up after my dog. The hotel's explanation of the charges was unclear, causing unnecessary stress.
- The lackadaisical attitude towards my room issues. I reported issues with the two rooms I had reserved. I hope the issues were resolved once I checked out.
