Shower water was barely warm and that was annoying. I reported to the front desk during checkout.

Good price. Nice location.

I liked the set up of the room. We were in a suite with a King bed. A great value.

The hallways were very warm and uncomfortable

Free continental breakfast and its location next to the W & OD Trail.Also, very helpful, professional and courteous staff.

There was no air conditioning in the hallway on the 4th floor, and very little in the elevators.

When I called about early check in, there was no mention of a $30 fee. When we got there, this was disclosed but if we had known we could have toured around for another hour or so. The breakfast buffet food was awful and cold.

We got clean towels but the room was not cleaned 2 days of our stay, did not get senior discount from AARP

Attractive lobby and rooms, good breakfast, large tv, indoor pool and gym, friendly, helpful staff. Located by Herndon/Reston trails-good natural space for walking and biking. My wife and I really like this hotel.

Clean and quiet

Our room had an outside light shining directly in our window at night - room was lit up and very hard to sleep. Even with the blinds down the light came in on the sides and top/bottom. Had to wear a sleep mask for 4 nights.

Good breakfast, free parking, well appointed and clean rooms, self-service laundry, and close to restaurants, and HBO channels.

Great service, great attitude from staff. They were happy to work with me rather than be adversarial and blame COVID for being lazy. Great place! Well managed!

I¿m disappointed that services are limited due to COVID, but this is the best place in the area at managing it. Again, nothing but the highest praise for this Hampton Inn.
