Wi-Fi did not work so I couldn?t contact them to modify reservation ( phone system dependent on Wi-Fi).

It was away from crowded area, nice and spaced out without a lot of noise

I booked a queen suite with the pictures shown indicating a separate room from the kitchen. I was placed in a studio with everything in one small space.

The staff and location of the hotel were good and cleanness was also considerably good.

The bed was small for a family of two adults and two kids. They offer the same room, a fixed one. If you need a rollover bed, you have to pay additional, and once that is in the room, everything is messed up. You cannot freely walk and sleep uncomfortly.

Location was close to restaurants. We had a suite which gave privacy.

We were on the first floor and the windows were unlocked and one window was partially open. The front of the dishwasher was filthy. The floors in the bathroom were not clean. AC was only in the living area, no air in the bedroom with door closed.

Booked a room with a whirlpool bath. It was filthy and water was leaking out of control. We contacted the front desk and they immediately helped us get into a new room although it was a lesser room. They adjusted our rate to reflect the lesser room.

The hotel was pleasant and welcoming

No king bed

We just booked this the night before a flight to get some rest before flying out of IAD. Was clean, comfortable, and close to airport. Exactly what we booked it for.

It¿s only a 2 1/2 star. Value for money wise it¿s excellent. From the size of the room, to the bead, matress and pillow it felt like 4****. For an overnight stay or short stay, I highly recommend.

People were talking so loudly in front of our room which is right at the lobby so we couldn¿t sleep at all

The management! The manager and assistant manager both are super friendly and do as much as possible to make you feel right at home! Considering long term stay there in the future as it is one of those fully equipped apartment like hotels.

Location and honored our reservation even though my card was initially declined.

The staff that night was rude and difficult. The room I stayed in tv was broken the bathroom had mold and only had two pillows not 4. Was very disappointed.

No heat, had to use extra blanket to keep warm when I went to bed Tv in bed room had no signal Called desk for assistance Was put on hold an no answer returned to me

The amenities included like a washer & dryer without paying

The bed is too small and the fridge made noises my 2 day stay

The rooms were modern, large, and had everything we needed. Mark, the associate who checked us in was very accommodating and professional.

Staff is always very pleasant, the environment is very peaceful and the room is homey.

Location is good; the laundry is totally free. Nice complimentary 24/7 fresh coffee from the machine.

The suite we stayed did not have a separate AC in the bedroom. They had put a small fan on the wall to bring the AC to the room which was totally ineffective. It was suffocating.

The staff was amazing and very helpful.

The first room I was in found out the door did not lock. Leaned on the door after it closed and it came opened. Scary. Pet hair hair on carpet and on furniture. Just an itchy situation. Very dated. Had a window Just not happy with my stay
