Pros +
- It was one of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed in.
- The breakfast!
- Breakfast and large rooms
Cons -
- Everything; I left my home because it was hot during the 100 degree days; it was just as hot in the hotel than it was my home. I was there celebrating my grandmother being Cancer free as well.
- I called the front desk to complain about the children that were banging on my side door and slamming their door for nobody to answer the phone.
- The only downside was the security lock in our room was loose. Our kids were able to open the door way too easily.

The breakfast!
I called the front desk to complain about the children that were banging on my side door and slamming their door for nobody to answer the phone.
Breakfast and large rooms
The only downside was the security lock in our room was loose. Our kids were able to open the door way too easily.
Breakfast hot bar.
Room lighting. Excessive parking fee for snowed over lot.
While there was ice available in a bag there was nowhere to put it in the room ie an ice bucket and the ice was only available in the lobby store. It would have been nice to put it on every floor Also the television reception was very poor all the time
Over the weekend they provide free chips and salsa and assorted veggies and dip in the lounge area. Also provided a few free drinks from the bar.
Continental breakfast hot food was lukewarm. Milk dispenser had blacl mold growing under nozzles. Hot tub broken/wasn't available. Indoor pool closed early because lack of lifeguard but signs up saying no lifeguard on duty and to swim at your own risk....
AC was not working. Changed rooms and still nothing. Only to be told that the ?AC was switching to Heat for the next couple of days? and offered no solution. Had to leave without spending the night and go get another hotel elsewhere.
The heat in my room didn?t work. Also there was hair on the floor and in the bed
Everyone is so friendly. I do enjoy the reception time and the made to order breakfast.
This is the second time staying here and I still can?t find anything I did not like.
The location was great. It is near a lot of things. The hotel is beautiful and has great amenities. The breakfast was good and I loved the ambience. It was a peaceful stay.
The furniture in the suite could be updated. The chair was worn and the furniture itself was dated. The bathroom toilet seat had scratches on it and the bathroom could use updating. Overall the room was good just a little feedback on making it a 10.
Location near Dulles and walking distance to good restaurants. Breakfast tasted good. Staff clearing tables was pleasant.
The lobby was acceptable but the rooms appeared not to have been updated in decades. Carpet was filthy, there was visible mold in the shower. Front Desk staff (4-8pm) was rude to us multiple times. This was the worst Embassy Suites we've ever experienced.
The breakfast grill that was fresh and free was awesome! The indoor pool for my grandchildren and hot spa for these old bones was just divine! Not to mention it was only 0.5 miles from my family member. I could have walked to their place.
Everything from check -in to check-out was awesome. I will be back and pass it on to my family and friends!
Looked pretty. Was clean for the most part, but dusty furniture and black fingerprints on bathroom wall switch plate that was easily cleaned with a moist tissue (so why wasnt it done by housekeeping?)
No vent fan in bathroom. No hot water in the room. No coffee, machines were not working. Cold pancakes, eggs, sausage and potatoes at the buffet. One cook working, so waited 25 minutes on line to be told they were out of what we wanted.
Location
Pretty much everything. Happy hour was a lie. no bottled water in hotel rooms. No ice makers in the hotel. Cold and empty room.
The room was great, spacious and comfortable.
The bathroom was dated, but more importantly we were forced to pay extra per day for parking which was ridiculous and not at all disclosed up front. I would not have stayed there had i known in advance.
We love Embassy Suites and the room, pool, and reception/breakfast opportunities.
The building (especially in the Atrium area) was EXTREMELY cold and uncomfortable.
They gave us 2 free drinks from 5:30 - 7:30 as well as brownies cheese and crackers
I loved the breakfast and the indoor pool. Also the spacious room and freoindly staff.
Breakfast
My room type that was paid for was given away to another guest after I told them I would be checking in at 6:00pm. When asked front desk was told thought they needed it more than you!
The rooms were standard embassy suites quality.
Staffing was clearly not a priority. For example there was no wait staff in the restaurant. After waiting 20 mins I went and placed my order at the bar this was not ok. Also the hotel provided toiletries were of low quality, dial soap was not so great.
