The room wasn?t the cleanest but this could have been because the room had to be cleaned quickly by the staff after we arrived around 5pm

Proximity to airport.

The bathroom was severely lacking. Tiles were terrible, there were stains in the corners by the toilet. Overall, not very pleasant to look at.

This hotel was falling way behind the Hilton standard, the worst Homewood Suite I've experienced. There was even a hole on the ceiling, looking like a smash mark using the shower head.

breakfast was good and available on time. Rooms were large and comfortable

My first room had not been cleaned well and the heat did not work. There was urine on the toilet seat when I arrived and the table top in the kitchenette was dirty. Got switched to another room and all was well.

The room wasn't clean- cobwebs on the ceiling fan, carpet was dirty and everything looked old and dingy.

The ONE and ONLY staff member that was working (3pm-3am) did all he could to make things right and was very nice.

The rooms were not clean. Esp for right now with Covid. Our first room had an open bottle of liquor, dirty shower, and pet hair all over the pull out couch. Our second room had toothpaste in the sink and dirty sheets on the pullout.

Efficient check-in

very very limited kitchen utensils, no measuring cup, no spatula, no skillet, bowls were not big enough to cook a packet of oatmeal, only one spoon, no pizza cutter..

Staff was friendly, room had lots of amenities and was spacious

Room did not seem to be fully cleaned, sink, mirrors and some tables were still dirty from previous guests; furniture and decor looked run down; air conditioning did not work in the room

Location is convenient and bed is comfortable

Room wasn't cleaned well. My husband and I had to clean everything before we either used it or sat down on it. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. No soap to wash the dishes. Table was dirty and needed to be wiped as well as chair in the livingroom

The front desk customer service was good.

Our Ros were the dirtiest I've ever stayed. I will never go back and stay. There was poop on the handle of the toilet left behind from previous guests, there were ants and 6 dead ladybugs by the window in the bedroom. We cleaned the refrigerator ourself.

The staff that checked us in was very nice. I really liked the location because it was where we needed to be. It wasn’t horrible and I really enjoyed having the extra space- but it wasn’t exactly what I was expecting.

It looks great in pics but in reality it’s a step or 2 down. I did not feel my room was cleaned properly before we got there so I ended up wiping everything down. (A hair in the bathtub, dust balls on the walls, cupboard doors coming unhinged and more)

The main issue is I believe I was overcharged and when I arrived someone from Bangkok was the one who cc was used to pay so when I signed it was confusing. The price at the hotel wAs cheaper by $50 when I called them in person. So overall it was strange

The evening manager reception meal was very disappointing in comparison with other locations I have visited. No coffee or tea just water with a slice of lemon, wine or beer.

Everything! Great staff! Fantastic breakfast. Pool and hot tub in good condition and pool room was nice. Refrigerator and burners in room plus good utensils. Room clean and big enough to live in. Dog friendly.

Rooms abutting the elevator will hear it. This might bother some.

Evening Social and breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful when we were looking for a walking trail. Staff was friendly.

This hotel has bed bugs. Bed bugs bit s my wife in few places.Receptionist told me manager will call us but we didn't get any call. I don't want to recommend anyone for this hotel. I did mistake to not choose staybrdige suites. Thanks.

Smell in some rooms and the hallway. The paper tower, the coffee the tissue in bathroom were not replaced om time.

The location to the reason we were in the area and Much was great....they need more staffers like him very attentive to his guest and their needs.

Waking to a fire alarm with no hotel around to direct or answer questions to fine out it was a false alarm. A staff member walked pass me instead of offering service or some direction.

The staff here are more helpful and friendly than anywhere I've ever stayed before. The breakfast was very good, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. This is where I'll stay when visiting DC from now on.

Our refrigerator didn't work, but even then the staff were so helpful, they even offered to replace all the food we kept in it. I am more than satisfied with this hotel and will stay there every chance I get.
