The double booking/charge, that made them tell us to leave.

Asked to leave a day early no refund offered for double booking they suggested.

The location was great for the funeral I attended.

I was not given correct information more than once. The front desk agent claimed there was no manager on duty until 3pm. I went to breakfast and ran into THE MANAGER ON DUTY! This was very upsetting. He fixed all issues.

Good location. Shuttle from airport runs every 30 minutes.

I booked an Executive King Room (at additional cost), prepaid, and when I arrived was given a double queen room. I spoke with the front desk at check in and was told that was "all they had" and they were "almost overbooked" (whatever that means?).

Breakfast was nice and lobby was clean and hospitable

Old rooms, dirty carpet and sink was clogged. Did not feel up to par for the stars. Also need water in the rooms for guests

The Hotel was amazing and also the location was close to the airport. I originally planned to stay for 2 nights and then changed my reservations to stay another 2 nights!

The hotel is very clean

I slept there for 2 days and noticed I have bites all over my body. Might have been a bed bug but I wasn't sure because the room seemed to be quite clean and in order

Check in was easy. 2nd time here was better than first time. Much newer room and a lot cleaner than it was about a year ago.

The elevators are very old and don?t make you feel safe. The hallways do not have AC so when your lugging your cases, you make break a sweat.

Transport shuttle to and from the airport worked.

The room was far too heavily fragranced. The carpet smelled like air freshener. There was no way to get fresh air in the room since the windows did not open. Furnishings were brownish and dated. No electrical sockets that accomodated European-style plugs.

Very unprofessional! When I checked in I was told the room was not paid for. I showed them my confirmation letter. They moved me aside n started taking people behind me. Waited over an hour n never was resolved. My husband had a 6am flight. Contact me!

Location is great and convenient. Classy and the food was delicious

The advertising of the hotel is very deceiving. 1)It stated 3 people could sleep in the room. That was a lie because the room was able to accommodate just 2 I had to sleep in the floor. 2) stated there was a Starbucks in the hotel. Not true! There was no

I liked that the location is close to restaurants and the airport. Also I like the restaurant that was in the hotel lobby. The hotel offered free parking and free internet.

I was unhappy with the customer service that I received from Lynn at the front desk. She checked my into a room for people that had dogs. The floor wasn't clean. And the carpet and bed smelled like a dirty dog. I would expect more from a Crowne Plaza.

The cleanliness and the breakfast

I just didn¿t like the location it was pretty far from the city

Location, shuttle service to airport, responsive staff.

There was no microwave in the room. But the staff did provide it based on request.

The hot tube was great but I had to do an extra clean before getting in but it was worth it.

No pool

We stayed because of a long layover at Dulles. The shuttle picked us up at 4:00 am, about 15 minutes after we called. We were given a late check-out and a quick ride back to the airport for our flight. The staff was professional and pleasant.

Convenience of location

TV remote didn't work, but we also never called the front desk to report it, merely left a note for the housekeeper.

Great location when flying, airport shuttle service, clean hotel.

Not a big deal but front desk at check in and check out didn't seem too enthused but they did what needed to be done so I can't complain.
