Courtyard by Marriott Dulles Airport Herndon/Reston

Beautifully updated rooms and public areas. Didn’t use restaurant/lounge but it looked nice.

Upon arrival, long & slow-moving line to check in. Needed extra towels later and went to front desk. Even longer line and only 1 person at desk who seemed very confused about how to process a guest check-in. I hated the parking fee.

the toilet leaked, We were offered another room, but we stayed in our room and used towels around the toilet. Also, the hotel accepts pets, but has no outdoor trash cans to deposit poop bags.

The desk staff was great and very attentive! I was immediately greeted by a friendly gentleman who was awesome.

The staff were helpful, and the courtyard is pleasant, has a firepit. The shuttle van will go to Dulles airport, the Reston Town Center and other nearby areas that while not terribly far, would make for a long walk; near to the Herndon metro, too

The room was a little nicer than what I was expecting for a Courtyard by Marriott. The room was clean, the shower was nice, and it had an ironing board and iron. It had a bistro, unfortunately it closed early, especially for a Saturday night.

The woman checking me in treated me like a 4th class citizen. The TV didn't work - I called 4 times & no answer. The bathroom sink area was small. I'm disabled & my room key was deactivated before check-out time and I had to walk around the building.

Off the beaten path but close to buses and subway and they provide shuttle service.

I had a bug in my bed this time and I wasn¿t happy at all . Very disappointed!!! Over all hotel was clean but bug in my bed ??? Thats not good at all . I took pic and video of it if needed .

Comfortable bed, clean room, perfect location for Reston/Herndon.

Very clean, well decorated and designed, nice gym, and close to a lot of suburban amenities, including Metro.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the walls are very thin.

Beautiful modern hotel surrounded by gardens just a few minutes from Dull Airport. Staff are extremely professional and helpful. Excellent breakfast made to order.

I don¿t feel like it¿s the best hotel for he money I spent. Air conditioner is not at all working and it was at 81 all the time and requested to have another room it¿s not an easy process took an hour for hotel staff to chance I¿m not at all satisfied

I won¿t choose this hotel in feature bad experience and not worth for your money you sent for the hotel

Metro station is very close. Nice neat hotel. Spacious enough. Modern and new building.

Shower pressure is low. I wish they have more choices for the resturant

Bed was very uncomfortable. It was extremely firm and made it hard to sleep.

When I checked in I was told there was a breakfast bar. They didn't mention you had to pay for it. You would think at a hotel of this caliber the breakfast would be included. Also had an additional charge of $20 added but no explanation of what it was for

Overall experience was ok. Close to a lot of amenities and restaurants.

Looked a little bit dated inside. Bathrooms could have been better especially the shower. Thermostat did not have a separate hot/cold setting, just the temperature and it was hot at night.

The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The room was modern and comfortable.

There was questionable stains on the black wall behind the bed that was a little concerning.

They were trying to charge me an additional amount when checking inn and the incidental amount was higher than usual they hold for incidental the amount of 90.00$

Cleanliness is good.

Booked hotel for 4 adults and there are no extra bed spreads and bed sheets to use on the sofa bed. Only one bedsheet on the bed. Asked for extra bed sheets at the front desk and they said they don't have extra.

Loud air conditioner, uncomfortable beds (too soft!), no mirror in the main room.

Convince to Reston and RTC, will be great when phase 2 of the metro opens. Of course the staff was attentive and the facility was clean and inviting. My first night I got to check in 12 hrs before the 3pm check in. This only 1/3 nights.

The pool, was there even a pool.
