Yes, they changed me very high for dirty towels. 10 times the price of an old towel. Terrible customer service.

The morning receptionist was fine

The evening boy almost refused to help me. I had to ask him in so many ways. At age 80, I was on road for 7 hrs. My hands are swollen and hurt. I needed help with my stuff. Even when he agreed with the cart, he gave me a hard time. He did not look normal.

The room was nice, the beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was not the best, very limited selection and the same eggs-potatoes-sausage every morning.

Cockroaches in the rooms and old and rundown. Room was booked by someone else when we arrived.

Cockroaches everywhere inside the room, inside the bathroom, under the tables of the breakfast area !!!!

Friendly, helpful staff! Room was good. Location was nice. I enjoyed it there!

Was ther for 5 nights, and never had my room serviced. No trash takin out Only 2 large towels for the week.

Hotel looked nice. Room was spacious and nicely updated. Bathroom was nice too. Staff was super friendly.

This hotel is undergoing a renovation for the 3rd floor, they should not have people be in these rooms. They are unclean, old soap still left in the shower, the floor in our room seems to have a foundation problem, its lifted.

The blood on the back of the bathroom door & breakfast was overcooked

I was without hot water all weekend. Reported it to the front desk and they said maintenance would take care of the problem and that never happened. Very disappointed.

A breakfast even though it was subpar

There were nauseating fumes in the hallways that constantly made me Lightheaded dizzy and on the verge of collapse

The hotel rooms were filthy and it smelled terrible. The door was off the hinges, which was a safety concern. We decided to stay at another hotel and I am requesting a full refund. I would not recommend this hotel.

The free breakfast was not good. I went out for breakfast because nothing that appealed to me. Coffee was not fresh. Very limited selection.

Small conjusted rooms, mold bathroom, the door needs repair. The walls are half painted. The management cheaper out on a lot of things. Breakfast worst, no room service, the bathroom door was closed to the shower and the shower curtain does the fit.

Free Car parking and cleanliness

There was stinking smell(wet smell) immediately after entering the room. AC machine was making is noisy.

Nice size of the room

Old mildew shower curtains, old hairdryer that did not work and was hinging on by a thread. Bathroom walls had stains on it.

It is conveniently located in the Herndon-Reston area and a short walk to a few restaurants.

The hotel interior is showing wear, but my room was fine.
