Hotel room was large, and it was walkable from the DC metro station. The wifi worked well, the bathroom was clean.

The interior is a bit dated, but fine.

It was close to the airport

Although I was in a accessible room, the shuttle was not. It was hard for me to get on.

We booked our two double queen rooms in January.. but when we checked in they were overbooked and we had to have one of our rooms with one bed and a sofa sleeper. That?s stinking ridiculous! Plus the phone didn?t work so a safety issue in my opinion

I love this hotel for many reasons and stay there each time I go to the DC area.

Easy to get to, everyone was friendly, even housekeeping had smiles which is rare. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable!

The breakfast! Can’t really complain when it’s free, definitely could have been better. My biggest concern was the elevators. One was down (out of order) the other one buttons didn’t work half the time or the elevator just wouldn’t open.

1. Staff did not greet me when I walked in; they continued staring down at their monitors and didn’t acknowledge my presence at the front desk for about two minutes. Not even a “We will be right with you, sir.“2. Toilet in my room was broken and just filled up with urine and crap during my stay. You’d think that someone in housekeeping would notify the front desk about a broken toilet in a guest room, but apparently, that level of communication is too much to expect at this hotel. How a hotel can rent a room with a broken toilet to a guest is beyond me. 3. No hot water in the shower. Again, you would think that housekeeping would notify the front desk of a problem like this so that the hotel would not rent this room to a guest. 4. No door on the shower. Water gets all over the floor.5. After they took my credit card for “incidentals,” they notified me that there was a $15 charge for parking. On a surface lot. In the suburbs. That did not show up on Booking.com and was a complete surprise at check-in. This was infuriating. I have never encountered a hotel that charged for parking in a surface lot directly outside of the hotel unless the hotel was located in the middle of a big city.

Room was nice, spacious and clean. Staff was not very inviting. There was a perfumy smell throughout the hotel that was unpleasant to me. Free airport shuttle was definitely a bonus.

Clean, quiet, great beds and staff were wonderful.

Mostly, the hotel does not provide free water, but it does have a coffee and tea maker in the room. Dubai is a desert, and the hotel has an ample water supply.
