The Staff

The room was unclean and poorly maintained. The breakfast food was rancid. It was a major disappointment.

They had two bedroom suites available.

Some little finishing touches in the rooms could have been done better. Hiding the light switch behind the towel rack was dumb. The door to the one bedroom would not stay shut, the magnet latch didn't work. The door the the bathroom would not shut right

I appreciated the hotel’s quiet and clean environment, 24/7 fitness center, convenient highway access, and good location. After changing rooms, I was also pleased that the 2nd room offered more comfortable beds, making my family stay a bit enjoyable.

My stay was disappointing due to a duplicate $1,054.17 charge, uncomfortable beds, poor customer service, unappealing breakfast, an unavailable pool without prior notice, and limited TV entertainment. Overall, I would not recommend this Hyatt House.

The Layout of the room and the pool. Breakfast was also pretty good. Bed super comfortable and although hotel dated it was a great stay.

Another waffle maker maybe a couple more tables/chairs. Our Room 134 was a nice room loved the layout but it was missing a kick strip in the bathroom on the right and there was some definite updates need done the smoke alarm hole, bed door handle

The staff were amazing. Friendly, responsive and efficient.

The suites are large and comfortable. Full kitchen. 2 baths! Wonderful general manager who truly cares about her property, staff and guests. Nice small bar/restaurant in the evening. Free full breakfast.

The hotel is tired. It needs updating which has been delayed ever since covid.

The size of the room with a full kitchen. It was pet friendly with lots of grassy areas for my dog. The breakfast was delicious with many options: omelets, boiled eggs, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, muffins, etc. Choices varied daily.

The room was very spacious! I felt safe, the breakfast was great, and everything was clean.

It was close to where we needed to be.

WE had trouble with our reservation and had to book a room. The clerk could not do it we had to use the computer in the lobby to make the reservation.

Staff was welcoming, friendly. Room was big, bed comfortable. 24 hour fitness center. Good selections for breakfast.

Short breakfast time, possibly extend 1 hour later until 10 am. Also possibly have adult only hours before or after regular posted hours.

The people working there were very helpful and considerate.

No opening of windows. No fresh air....the front desk did reassign us a room that had an opening window.

Location of the hotels and two bedroom suite. Room was old with rust around pipes and A/C ducts, fireplace didnt work and fan was load... Not a good experience given the money we paid for the room...

Room was definitely not up to Hyatt standards and a big disappointment. We chose this hotel because of being a Hyatt, location and larger suite. The price reflected this which was ok but the delivery was definitely below avg..at best.

The staff was wonderful !! A hot delicious breakfast every morning ..Hot Coffee anytime you ask .They are aiming to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Extended my check out time during snowstorm no charge !!

With the state of the covid issues I would think the room would have been cleaner. I could see fingerprints on the fridge and something on the counter that looked like sugar.

When we checked in the front desk person,  was very helpful, and friendly. The room was good and quiet.

The front lobby was under construction. The breakfast was really under pare. Muffins were awful and fruit was boring with only apples and oranges. Just have no breakfast if that is what you are going to serve.

The only thing I did not like was that they put a hold on your card for about 7+ business days for 20.00 when you check in for incidental charges. I did not like that, and based on my travel experience most hotels don't do that. Love the hotel.

The room was great. The staff was friendly & tried to help in every situation.
