  • I had booked two rooms for two nights and though the hotel had many available rooms, they were unwilling to change one of the two king bed rooms booked to 1 with two queen beds. I would have willing paid for the upgrade. Quite a few other things also.

I had booked two rooms for two nights and though the hotel had many available rooms, they were unwilling to change one of the two king bed rooms booked to 1 with two queen beds. I would have willing paid for the upgrade. Quite a few other things also.
