Great customer service!. 1). Quest Services' kindness, patience and accommodations for my early arrival, extra booking, and entire stay; 2). The Kitchen Staff's breakfast selections and helpfulness and finally the kindness of the housekeeping staff.

Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, reasonably priced, and great selection of breakfast foods that are included.

This was a two night stay. Our very first morning we had no hot water. Apparently the propane tanks had to be refilled. Disappointed. Cold showers are not optimal!

I asked the desk clerk if we could have a Cot, the first shift lady said yes and then the second said no. The room is small and we had 4.

In General the Hotel was okay for one night of a business trip. Location was good for my needs and Breakfast was nice, Good Cooffee.

Tried to reach out to the Hotel several times, via phone, E-Mail and through booking.com. Unfortunately they did never answer me and I had big issues afterwards because they did not give me an invoice at the hotel nor did thes answer any request to send it afterwards.

Comfortable room and bed. Variety of breakfast choices. Centrally located for my purpose of travel

What I didn’t like was around 9:30 am there was a knock at my door then somebody opened my door luckily it was locked at the top so the door couldn’t completely open. Turns out it was housekeeping knocking and it wasn’t even check out time. Woke me out of my sleep and yea I was a bit agitated about that. I told her DO NOT open my door or knock just because you want to hurry and clean your rooms. Unacceptable. Especially at 9:30 am

Certain small items were not available, such as mouthwash, salt and pepper, plastic ware, etc. ther was a message left on my phone that someone complained that ou children were

The breakfast was quite good. It would have been good if there was a sign outside the breakfast room pointing us to the entry was down the hall a little way. We walked in from the lobby and had to wend our way through all the diners. There didn't appear to have any waste baskets in the breakfast room. We took out trash out to one in the lobby.

I wish there were more wastebaskets in the room. We carried stuff out from the bathroom to the only waste basket under the desk near the window!

Morning coffee was excellent and plentiful. Breakfast was okay. Hotel was immaculate and my grandkids enjoyed the pool very much.
