Econo Lodge Glade Springs I-81

Running water.

Everything! This place is nasty. Going into the room, it smelled like poop. I left the door open to let the room air out. I went to use the bathroom in the room and sure enough found a full and dirty toilet! This is unacceptable and disgusting!

It was disgusting and the owner was very rude and disrespectful about me being in a wheelchair.

Breakfast very poor. Few items and not good No ice machine working

Rude staff. Rooms were dirty and the owner no longer cares about guest satisfaction.

The hotel was dirty. The breakfast was terrible. There was only coffee and old bagels. The cream cheese had a hole in it. It looked like a mouse was eating it. There was no juice.

People at the front desk was nice. The room was pretty clean. A good price and good location.

Personal opinion bed was hard. There was some hair in the sink.

Right across highway

The description said there was free breakfast available. In the morning there was nothing found at the dining room. No breakfast is served and nobody to answer any questions

They have a continental breakfast room, but no breakfast. The security latch on the door had been busted & poorly reassembled. It wouldn¿t even slow someone down from busting through the door. Thin walls. We heard EVERY word as the neighbors hung out

The hotel wouldn’t met me check in due to a address mistake on reservation and different from that on my ID so they refused to le me check in and refused to cancel reservation and I was charged for a night I didn’t stay!!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have stayed here when visiting and biking on the Creeper Trail nearby. Friendly staff

Clean quite and great price

A little dated

Very private. There was a great restaurant that provided delivery. The menu was in the hotel book in our room. Our room had new linoleum wood flooring rather than yucky carpet. The tub looked to be new as well. Near truck stop where we parked.

The outside seemed very old and dated. Our view was of an old house that looked haunted. When I looked it up online it was actually a museum that they DID use as a haunted house! No spirits came to visit us during the night though!

Stayed at this hotel a couple years ago, was not impressed. Gave it another chance since the location is good for us. Was happy to see improvements. Clean, nice beds. Would stay again.

Make sure to replace or clean those shower curtains. Everything else clean though.

Clean and newly renovated looking interiors right off highway but quiet. Friendly family run and with pride in doing their best.

Outdoor small motel outside room entrance. Cold slab on ground level. Awkward bath door to sink set up in our room.

A bit seedy and unmaintained on the outside and the included breakfast offered a meager selection

The room was clean, and the room's design was sleek and modern. I was surprised to get such quality for such a low price.

They should give you the Wifi password as soon as you sign in.
