- The clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast we're actually quite a bit better than I expected.

Cons -
- The facilty sits alongside railroad tracks. I was awakened by trains more than once in the middle of the night. Of course I recognize that it is no fault of the hotels however it was unpleasant.
- Too close to an elevated highway and active train tracks.
- One front desk staff member did not act when I told her half and half was out at coffee station. Paraphrasing: She’ll get to it.”
